In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a two-story villa with two bedrooms, lagoon views, and less than a two-minute walk to the beach.

When you enter, you are greeted by an outpouring of natural light and a calming coastal aesthetic. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. You’ll find the kitchen is equipped to meet all of your vacation meal preparation needs. The breakfast bar offers bar seating for two. Just beyond the breakfast bar is the dining area with seating for up to 6. The living area features two comfortable sofas, accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the deck where you can enjoy views of the lagoon.

Upstairs, you will find both bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers high ceilings, a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. The property offers streaming only service to watch TV; there is no traditional cable TV and guests must use their own login information to watch streaming

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Great location-very short walk to the beach. Well equipped property. The unit is light and bright with a lovely lagoon view. We had a problem with the A/C one evening, left a message with the property manager and they promptly returned our call. The issue was sorted out shortly thereafter. We would rent this unit again without hesitation.

Great Location!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is well appointed and the home is beautifully decorated. The back porch overlooks the river which was a great spot for drinking coffee and observing birds. Just as an FYI, the parking is tight, so larger vehicles will have to maneuver carefully or park in nearby spaces.
