Great location and very nice accommodations. Would highly recommend the place for anyone traveling to Asheville. Located downtown with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
This place was the perfect location to mostly walk where we wanted to go. The accommodations were so nice and clean. It’s also felt very safe! Will definitely stay again!
Fantastic property. Very well maintained and very nice. Our only reason for giving 4 stars is the location is right across from the bus station and you could hear the bus and car traffic very clearly while sleeping.

The apartment is located in a perfect spot, just a few blocks of walking to every place where you want to eat, drink and shop. The apartment itself was top notch and had everything we needed for our short stay. We will stay there again.
We loved the place. It was super clean, modern, and close to all of the things we wanted to do on our vacation. We did Biltmore, downtown sightseeing and shopping, and went to an Asheville Tourists game. Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. Many thanks!
Everything was clean, modern and close to everything!! Would definitely stay again. Yes it is across the street from the bus station but did not bother me. You can hear the people walking above but I’m a hard sleeper so if you are a light one bring a fan or something.
The actual condo was wonderful. It was super clean and exactly as the pictures described it. The host was easy to contact and very quick to respond to questions. It was close to many of the places we love to visit in downtown Asheville. Our only complaint was the homeless who camped out in front of the building. Asheville really needs to clean up its city!! We can't blame our hosts for this though. Our unit was wonderful!

Spacious 2 bedroom located within walking distance of pretty much everything in Downtown Asheville. The building is all short-term rentals. Although we rented on a very busy weekend we didn't experience and noise from the other units. The only drawbacks are the limited parking - only one space available and the local lots were full and the location across from the bus station - the homeless population congregated across the street.
Great location for walking downtown. My only complaint would be the hot water. I like to take a hot shower and there did not seem to be any hot water. Overall a great stay.
Location is close to downtown, clean, spacious - walkable. A little impersonal and way too many codes. Also, parking for larger vehicles is a challenge.
All communication was very easy, the location of this property could not have been better. We parked our vehicles when we arrived and didn’t move them until we left for home, as we were close enough to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Will be staying here next trip to Asheville for sure!

Super clean, comfortable, well organized process. The parking garage gave a bit of a challenge. If our vehicle had been larger it would have been very difficult to maneuver.
I’m getting spoiled staying at other short term rentals. This place was nice & close to everything downtown. It served our needs and was clean. But the little things were missing - thick, cozy linens and the extras in the kitchen. A few waters would have been nice, along with ice. Maybe a few specialty toiletries. Beds were not the comfiest and pillows were awful. But overall, I would stay here again for the proximity to everything.

The condo was very nice and equipped well enough. The location was close to everything BUT it was straight across from bus stop! It was loud, busy, and a fair amount of homeless people. We were never bothered but a bit scary after dark when walking back. You really could not enjoy the balcony because the buses, traffic, people, and no furniture to sit on. Beds were comfy but they need darker curtains! Sofa bed sucked! They need a new mattress. Parking is a challenge if you have big car and no back up camera. If I am paying a high cleaning fee and other fees I DO NOT want to have to strip beds, and do all the work before they come in to clean. I don’t mind keeping the place up but what am I paying them for? We did however leave the condo as clean as we found it. Sorry for the review, but it would have helped up to know these details.
We usually stay on Church St a few blocks east but found this property available for our visit. It is a block from Patton Avenue, has a secured garage and entry. The condo was immaculate with upgraded Bosch appliances and Kohler fixtures and adequately appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The street noise is sometimes louder than anticipated and it is across from the bus station so a lot of foot traffic. The windows are east facing so morning sun does come in early. Overall, it was a great stay!!

Misleading location
Property across the street from the main bus station in Asheville, extremely noisy 24/7. It’s a 5 minute walk to anything downtown. The cleaners come daily and use customer parking like it’s not an issue, when this happens there isn’t anywhere else for you to park. Loved Asheville but wouldn’t stay here again.
