We are a year round destination with flat paved roads and easy access to the property...less than a mile from Soco Rd. (main road running thru town).

We have 6 - 400 sq/ft Tiny Cabins, and 5 - Luxury Yurts that are permitted as Single Family Homes...they all enjoy the comforts of home. The property sits on almost 8 acres, and there are 2 shallow fish ponds (no fishing) with frequent visits by our duck and geese families. The Elk trail runs thru the property, and if you're lucky...then you will get to see these majestic animals from a safe distance inside, or on the deck of your Yurt/ Cabin!

All Cabins and Yurts have their own HVAC.

All Cabins and Yurts have their own high speed internet/ Wi-Fi and cable TV...just in case you need to plug in while you're visiting. Smart TV's as well...

All Cabins/ Yurts have an electric fireplace for those chilly, but almost perfect mountain nights.

All Cabins and Yurts are fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, linens, towels, etc.

All Cabins and Yurts have their own coffee pot, toaster, and can opener.

All Cabins and Yurts come with a standard set-up of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc. Those staying longer will need to supplement this.

All Cabins with the exception of Wild Turkey (#10), have a generous loft space with additional bedding (4 ft ceilings, so best suited for children).

All Cabins and Yurts have 1-2 parking spaces, with overflow parking nearby

Picnic tables and Park Grills around the property,

Fire pit by the pond on the cabin side,

Central Pavilion with a Stone Fireplace near the pond in Yurt Village (Hang Out).

Relaxation after hitting the Slopes

This cabin is 10 minutes from the slopes and surrounded by mountains. Perfect for a family of 5 to warm up and get some rest. We ate at a brewery which was right around the corner. The food was great there. I believe it was called Bear Water Brewery. The cabin is cozy meaning small but was plenty of room for us. The loft has two mattresses on the floor because of ceiling height. It fit all 3 boys fine. Ages 14-12 and 7. Would definitely stay here again.

We had cold showers our first day and the steps were too steep for our dogs to climb or come down on their own. We had trouble unlocking the door so we had to leave the sliding glass door unlocked to get in. I’m also not sure why I was charged an extra 39.99 after leaving cuz we kept it very clean

ok

I guess it's an ok place to stay if you want to save money but even at the price we left a day early because we were not comfortable. We were given one towel each for 3 days and did not ask for more as the instructions said not to. They were nice enough but after buying towels and leaving early it turned out pricey for us. Fine if you just want a place to sleep and will be gone all day every day but not for us. Needs updating and cleaning badly!
