Wonderful place to spend a romantic weekend

The cottage was the perfect size for a couple's weekend getaway. And you can't beat the location. Close to the ocean and to some wonderful dining options. My partner and I loved our stay here.

Always a great stay

We've been coming here for years and keep extending our stays. We love the intimacy of the cottages and the courtyard, plus the location in Ocean Beach (a funky beach neighborhood in San Diego). This is one of the best pet-friendly places we've ever stayed at, which, with the great OB location, is why we keep coming back.

Beautiful, quaint cottages within walking distance of tide pools and OB Pier

Beautiful, quaint cottages within minutes of tide pools, OB, restaurants, shops etc. Cottages were very beautiful, quiet and well maintained. Had a lovely courtyard where everyone could sit or enjoy breakfast. Courtyard is dog friendly and kept very clean.

Nice little place in a great location.

The location of the cottages is great and the fully fenced courtyard is a big plus. Kitchen has everything needed to make a great meal (bring your own food obviously). The bikes, coolers, boards, etc are great to be able to use. Having parking is also great since street parking is impossible there. We had a great stay.

Beautiful cottage for relaxing week in OB

We spent a week here over Thanksgiving. It was a great location and lovely cottage - perfect for our needs. We had a last minute change of plans and needed to bring our aging but large dog. No problem! The cottages are dog friendly and well set up to accommodate dogs too.

One of the best places we have stayed in San Diego.

We loved everything from the enclosed court yard to pretty much everything we needed in the cottage. Soaps, dishes, laundry, beach supplies. Good old comfort without a hotel feel. Loved it and will certainly make it a point to return and stay more often. Austin was also an awesome property manager and friendly, helpful person!

Clean and tidy but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Squeaky bed and mattress which desperately needed replacing.

A very nice place, accommodating to dog lovers with a safe shared courtyard

The wife and I needed to get away after the terrible summer we have all had, not to mention we are from the desert and were longing for some cool ocean breezes. It was a little warm at first, but cooled down nicely after a day or two. The beach at the end of Santa Cruz Street is a wonderful small neighborhood beach that was not busy during the week, it did get a crowded on Saturday though. But overall OB is great and like no other place to visit.

Great cottage for our time away...would come again.

This was a central location that allowed us to go visit several friends and family and we had our small dog. We live in the desert so she loved running around on the soft, plush grass. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. We didn't have any issues as all so had no reason to contact Charlie, the on site manager....however he was around and readily available if needed. A very personable and nice guy. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space.
