This is an absolutely lovely home with an incredible view of Lake Granby. The house is very comfortable and has all of the amenities that you could want with the exception of high speed wifi. It was very quiet and just a short ride into Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Wonderful location!!

Our family of two adults and three children (two of them teens) had a simply wonderful time at the property in Grand Lake. The house was immaculate, spacious, amazing views, amenities, great bedrooms, amazing location, The management team for the home was accessible and extremely helpful and responsive when we had a questions about the brand new gas grill - they even came right over to help us get it ready for use! The wonderful home was the real centerpiece of our Colorado Rockies vacation! Thank you again to the owners and management - warm memories of your home will stay with us for many years. :)

The house was amazing…the views, the amenities, the beautifully understated decor, the outside fireplace on the patio under the vaulted roof. It was all we could ask for and more. Truly, we didn’t want to leave to go on our activities because it was so peaceful and comfortable there. And checking out had me so sad to be leaving. It was a dream stay! Our grandson loved the place as much as we did and we can’t wait to plan another Colorado vacation here!

Rocky Mountain National Park

We really loved our stay by the Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had great amenities with the porch, views, games and puzzles. It was in a convenient location with easy access to the park and town, yet in a secluded setting.

Incredible!

This was probably the best house that we have ever rented! The view is incredible, truly breath taking and the house itself is gorgeous and very comfortable. If we come back to this area, we will absolutely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The views across the lake are even better than any picture can capture—you can see for miles in every direction. There’s a huge porch to relax on, expansive windows, and a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. The house feels very private, with almost no neighboring homes in sight.The only downsides were that the laundry was located in the basement rather than on the upper floors, and there was no TV in the living room, which would have been nice given how cozy it is to gather around the gas fireplace.Truly An amazing place to rest and relax as a family It gave us a perfect Christmas stay - we could have moved in permanently !!!

Fantastic views

The views from the house are amazing. The mountains and lake were so breathtaking. We loved all the fall leaves. FYI all furniture is down and all comforters are down too. We loved the fire pit and fire place inside.

My wife and I very much enjoyed the view out of every window while staying in this home. The host and homeowner are a real asset to VRBO. If you are headed to the Grand Lake area do not miss booking your time in this home. The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking!!! The home was more than well equipped with everything we needed. It was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house is perfectly situated on a hill overlooking the lake with the mountain range as the backdrop. It is located close to the national park and to the town of grand lake. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to have a great time. The management company made check in and out easy and checked multiple times to make sure we have everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Family vacation in the mountains

We had the best family vacation! We had three generations enjoy this lovely home with amazing views of the Colorado wilderness. The home is just the right amount of space for four adults and four kids, even for the one rainy day when we used our binoculars to observe wildlife from the living room windows (moose!) The beds are comfortable, the kitchen modern and updated, and the game room fun for all ages. We loved it, and can’t wait to return again.

Dream house in the mountains

Highly recommend! Beautiful views from every window. The beds were super comfortable. Very clean. The layout was perfect for the family to spread out or come together for quality time. Close to Granby and Granby Ranch, yet isolated in gated community to feel like you’re the only one on top of the world. Definitely staying again.

Amazing

Wonderful quiet neighborhood, amazing views, the exterior of the home is beautiful and the interior details are meticulous and well thought out. My wife and I enjoyed our mornings grabbing coffee in Grand Lake, our afternoons spent exploring the nearby trails, and evenings either lounging by the fireplace or playing pool in the basement. We travel a handful of times a year and this house quickly became our favorite in terms of location, views, and overall comfort. We cannot wait to return!!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

We wanted to stay somewhere in the mountains to enjoy a vacation with our family. We have 4 kids, 12 years old down to a 1 year old. We had never heard of Grand Lake or this particular area but booked this home based on the photos and description. Everything was SPECTACULAR. From the breathtaking views to the comfort and cleanliness, we couldn't have asked for a more luxurious and relaxing home away from home. Would wholeheartedly recommend. We hope to visit again someday!

Beautiful Home with beautiful views!

I have nothing bad to say! It was a magical week with my whole family hubby three girls and their boyfriends! The house was spacious and laid out well! We loved the area, esp Adam’s falls and RMNP. Enjoyed the pool table and lots of group cooking! Was fun to watch everyone step up to the plate. I feel so blessed to have had such a great week in a beautiful location! Truly Gods country!

Wonder House

We visited with family and friends during our Thanksgiving break and were amazed with the property location, hospitality and to top this off with an amazing view. Our stay was fabulous as this house has access to all the amenities and we got a wonderful support and guidance from the host. It will be hard to leave as this feels like a home the minute you walk in and as you are staying so comfortable in the laps of nature that you starting enjoying it truly. Our kids loved this place and so did the adults. We had frequent visits by a herd of Deer and enjoyed the lake view with beautiful scenery from the deck. We will surely be back…
