Luxury 5 bed 4 bath Disney Pool Home at the fabulous Windsor Palms Resort

Beautifully positioned 5 bedroom pool home. Situated in the sought after high grade community of Windsor Palms, a secure-gated community just a short drive from the Disney's Magic Kingdom and other Disney World Parks. This superb villa is ideal for large families.  Staying here you will benefit from the outstanding community facilities that the Windsor Palms Community offers. There is a large heated swimming pool with Tiki Bar, Hottub/spa, flood lit tennis courts, basketball, movie theatre, games room, and a movie theater.  The resort also has the a convenience store.

The five bedrooms are split between the first and second floor with two master suites both with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor and three further bedrooms on the second floor.. 

This spacious property has a lving area, kitchen and dining areas all under a vaulted style ceiling with gallary halway/landing overlooking this grand space. The living room leads to pool deck with a lanai.

The second floor has an additional three bedrooms, one with a King bed with overlooking beautiful green and wooded area views. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds one of which has a cinema theme. There is high speed internet and cable television, a game room (with dedicated AC unit) with pool table and table tennis table.

As well as having Disney World on your doorstep, the airport, Universal Studios, Sea World or the beach are also easily accessible.

Great Location

If you are looking for a large house in a great location this is the one for you. Everything was as listed. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We did not use the pool but it was nice as well. Manger was very informative and available. Great stay for a large family.

Great house with large pool area

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, plenty of room outside by the pool. Located very convenient to community pool and clubhouse. Really like the amount of plastic dishes and bowls provided, especially with little ones on the patio. One of the drawbacks is community pool fills up very early with a bunch of seniors who don't really use the pool but use it as a meeting place. Also modern furniture in main TV space looks nice but isn't very comfortable. But overall it is a great house with plenty of space.

Great location and area. Needs some TLC

The property was amazing in its time but really out of date. The location and property are wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful. BUT Definitely needs some repairs: Toilets need replacing, ALL Carpets need cleaning or replaced, floors need to be steam cleaned., Lanai needs to be replaced (many holes and many sections have come away from the structure), mold on shower curtains and knobs. Ice maker(moldy) and water dispenser did not work, No place to hang towels in bathroom. Kitchen counter frayed in areas. We had to clean the entire house before we unpacked. However, in saying all of this Julian, the property manager was very attentive to our needs.

Disney Trip

The location was perfect for Disney. Jullian was easy to get on the phone and when I called to let him know the carpets were very dirty and the main fan was hanging dirt. He sent someone the next day to clean. Fan was good after that and carpets were spot cleaned. Note. Jullian was nice and responsive. The baths and kitchen were clean. The layout of the house was great. I purchased insect spray as there were some water bugs in the kitchen. We noticed when we were going to use the grill that the septic clean out was next to the grill and had waste on top of the ground. I think this house will be great when the carpet is updated and inspections before company comes in are done. Be sure not to park past the driveway as the homeowners association representative is not nice at all and has no problem expressing her displeasure.

Hopefully, if you read the review, you will see it does not match the 2 star rating. What a shame. We regularly clean carpets in all our homes and insist that to say the carpets were very dirty when there were one or two spots left by the previous guests was disappointing. .

Golfers Vacation

Overall a great week. House generally clean, pool temperature best ever. Kitchen well stocked utensil wise. Company manager very responsive in the months leading up to our visit. Then it went downhill. On arrival I sent an email telling him a toilet seat was broken, fridge ice maker not working (likely frozen from lack of use) . No response!! The next day I sent another email regarding the dryer vent not being connected causing heat and lint in the garage. Fire hazard!! Over the next couple of days there were other issues but why bother. This is why I would prefer to deal with owners rather then management company’s.

nice big house was in a great location very fun things to do there and at the resort, only thing was it was not the cleanest we had to clean up bugs and vaccum up fire ants and the pool wasnt cleaned other then that it was a great time! would come again

Pictures on VRBO of the home are very old

Upon arrival of the property, I advised the property managerthat the house was not cleaned. He stated that I was only stating that cause Iwanted money off the rental. Which was false, I was given the opportunity toleave and get my money back however I had 4 people flying in and was unable tofind another rental. We booked 4 nights of which 2 were spent cleaning theplace to make it livable. Not to mention having to go out to purchase cleaningproducts. Due to this inconvenience, I was given pool heat for free. I wouldnot recommend this property for rental.

Great value - close to disney

Spacious property very close to Disney, Walmart , shops and restaurants. Pool was great and air conditioning worked well. Windsor Palms has a club house a few minutes walk away with beautiful communal pool area plus bar with cocktails and meals. We felt safe and secure , no noise from neighbours , we enjoyed our stay and would return

Excellent Location Close to Theme Parks

This spacious home worked well for our family and offered comfortable accommodations for all 7 of us. Having the pool heated allowed my grandchildren to go for a quick swim in February and the game room was a big hit on a day in which we rested between the parks. This house had all the basic necessities and was located in a lovely safe gated community. It's proximity to stores, restaurants and other conveniences also added to it's appeal. I found the check in process to work well and the manager Julian was helpful when I had questions.

Beautiful Home

Our stay was very enjoyable and located extremely close to all the parks we visited. The house was clean and spacious. Our group loved the outside area and the pool. Nice that we all had our own space and space to hang together.
