Welcome to 1 Soldiers Point Road, a fabulous four-bedroom property with stunning water views from the huge upstairs deck and private inground pool.

The huge upstairs deck is the perfect place for your alfresco dining experience with Weber gas barbeque facilities available. This area opens from the air-conditioned open plan living, dining and kitchen area (please note the fireplace is not in use).

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, plumbed fridge, gas cook top, microwave, and complete cooking facilities. The main bedroom is also located on the upstairs level, it has split system air conditioner, large walk-in robe and ensuite with a double vanity, shower, and toilet.

Downstairs has the second living area; this area has a split system air conditioner and wall mounted Smart TV. There are also three bedrooms with two having ceiling fans and the main bathroom with a luxury large corner spa bath (spa to be fixed), shower, toilet, and vanity. The property also has an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

Absorb the fabulous views from the deck, take a dip in the stunning pool or sit back and relax with a good book and take in the tranquility of the surroundings. 1 Soldiers Point Road has so much to offer and being located only 50 meters to the water’s edge and only minutes to Soldiers Point Marina, Tennis Courts and local restaurants and cafes of Soldiers Point makes it the perfect choice for your next holiday escape. Rick Stein restaurant, Bannisters Resort and Soldiers Point Bowling Club are all within an easy flat 1.3 klm walk away.

Please note: this property is located within a residential area, noise restrictions are in place. No noise on the balconies or in pool area after 10pm.

Quiet relaxing location.
Location is great . But key pick up and drop off is in Nelson bay which when you have to leave at 10 am is then a crowded drive out of our way into the heart of Nelson bay to drop off . The house was good for family but tired . The pool area was not clean and neither was the bbq. Downstairs bedroom was a bit damp and mouldy on the old shutters . Location is quiet and great for pool and kayaking . Everything including shops is a drive. I do recommend tennis across the road , boat hire and The deck for takeaway pizza and eat in brunch or dinner . It is easy walk to marina . Also the Koala sanctuary was nice to support and relaxing to have lunch or picnic at .
