We love staying in the Fairway Villas, and this was one of the nicest unites we've rented. Kitchen had everything we needed, AvantStay provided plenty of staples like dishwasher pods and paper towels (we often run out with other rental companies and have to replace on our own). Two kids did great in the bunk room. Communication was easy and gracious. We'd definitely book again!

This is an amazing property! We have been staying at Wild Dunes for years and this was our favorite townhome. It has been renovated beautifully, views of the pond with wild life and walking distance to the beach. The pool is lovely and it is peaceful. We will definitely return to this unit. We ready enjoy this place. The neighborhood is quiet, pickball courts, tennis, basketball and pool right outside to occupy the kids and adults alike. Everything was again great. Having access to the garage and a grill makes the difference!

Perfect vacation spot!

We have always been leery of not staying beachfront but this was possibly a better location- especially for a family. Our kids played tennis, basketball, and swam in the pool- all within a few feet of the front door. We rented a golf cart to take our stuff to the beach because we had a lot of stuff- but you could walk to the beach easily with perfect beach access! This property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we will absolutely be back!

Perfect location

Property was spotless on arrival, and very comfortable for our family of four. Located a short walk or even a shorter bike ride to two different beach access points. Neither of these have stairs, both are ramps, which make it much easier when dragging a beach cart with 50 pounds beach gear. Pool and pickleball less than 100’ from the front door. We would highly recommend this property for your next getaway and we hope to return.

Great property. Lots of space and the recent renovations were very well done. Bedrooms and living areas are setup great. Kitchen is well stocked. Very quiet section of Wild Dunes. Pool is right outside the front door. TV's could use an upgrade as they are not smart TV's and you cannot connect to streaming apps. Bed linens were very low quality but mattresses were comfortable. Will book this one again for sure as we visit WD at least twice a year.

44 Fairway Dunes

The house was nicely decorated and kitchen well stocked. Comfortable beds. AC set to 72 made it cold downstairs and sort of warm in the master 3rd floor bedroom but the ceiling fan was helpful. Easy stroll to the pool and tennis courts. We rode bikes to the beach and it’s walkable less than 10 minutes. It is pretty far back in WD so if you want to go to dinner, need to drive.

We loved this property. It is so well furnished. Often vacation rentals do not have sufficient furniture to store clothing and such and that was definitely not the case. The dressers and closet space are wonderful. We also enjoyed having the garage to store our beach gear and my husband's bicycle. There were lots of little touches--coasters, platters to sufficient for an appetizer tray, a cocktail shaker, etc. Only issue we had was with the TVs. The listing advertises that they are smart tvs and that one can use them to stream under the renters' own accounts. The streaming services had PIN numbers setup that prevented our access. The property management team dropped a Roku off to help us with the problem. We were very impressed by this response. For reference, it is exactly a 10 minute walk to setup on the beach. Also, I don't remember the pickle ball court being advertised but it is right in front of the condo.

Great condo - everything feels brand new. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking meals. The courts and pool is right across from the condo and wasn’t crowded. We rented bikes and it was a 5 min bike ride across the street to the beach path and a ten minute walk from door to ocean. There is a garage to store bikes in (too tight for a car). We rented chairs through IOP so we wouldn’t have to carry as much which was worth the expense. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Location was great. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach and a walk across the street to the pool and tennis courts. Villa was neat and clean upon arrival. Had a problem the first time showered with a clogged tub. Texted the property manager and they promptly responded and someone was put to fix the drain. We found several cockroaches which were reported at the time of the clogged tub. Checkin and checkout was very simple. We rented bikes and the company dropped them off. We left them where they were dropped off and on Thursday got notification they had to be in the garage as the HOA does not like anything in front of the villa. That would have been nice information to know. Although we had to put the bikes back out Friday night for pickup sat morning. So was more work than worth it with the moving them but we did. Overall a great trip and would stay again.

Excellent Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed at Wild Dunes many times and in the Fairway Dunes complex 3 times. This property was well equipped including a Nespresso machine, and was super clean. Walk to the beach was five minutes so if you have young children you might consider a golf cart.

March Fun

44 Fairway Dunes was an excellent property to stay in. The owners have kept the place up very well and all of the furnishings were in excellent shape and very comfortable. The condo was very tastefully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Full complement of pots and pans ,a gas grill and comfortable seating outside on the deck. BeachSide vacations was a wonderful property manager to deal with and they were exceedingly responsive. We would highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Golf Trip

Great location with beautiful golf course and pond views! The option to rent beach gear was perfect, bikes & beach chairs were at the townhouse when we arrived. Highly suggest the cruising bikes as Wild Dunes has wide bike lanes. Townhome was very quiet & very comfortable and had a recent renovation, which was beautifully decorated. Tennis & pool across from condo and beach is a short walk.

Cute townhome

This townhome was very cute. It was clean and well stocked with essentials. The decor was very nice. I have an 8 year old and 5 year old who are very active. This was a long walk to the beach hauling gear with the 5 year old. We ended up renting a golf cart which I highly recommend if you have lots of beach gear with littles. Super convenient to the pool though. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Great island getaway

Great property for those who don’t require oceanfront. Very nicely remodeled with a pool across the street and just a few hundred yards from the beach. Interior design is spot on. Would love to stay here again.
