Awesome stay!

Visited this little slice of heaven right on the Scotsdale tourist drive with my elderly parents for 3 nights, and we all loved it... it's a perfect place just to chill out, or to do some sight-seeing from. Guests will need to be aware that the property is accessed via unsealed roads, and you won't get a phone signal, but internet connection is great and communication with the hosts, Simone and Zane, was really easy and a delight... Thanks both! We loved being your first guests!

Lovely views but needs an electrician

This property was spacious and the surrounds were delightful. Denmark was cold and wet - which we didn’t have an issue with at all, however heating the house meant that every time we wanted to use the kettle, stove or dishwasher we had to turn the heaters off or trip the power- very frustrating! The home is advertised as accomodating 10 people and there is plenty of room, however an extra bathroom wouldn’t go astray either as one was an ensuite, leaving the the other bathroom for the use of everyone else.

Bush Serenity

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Kinclaven Escapes it was a bush paradise. Was lovely to just sit and watch the birds. Great amenities. Would love to return in winter when you can light a fire.

Peaceful rural country retreat

If you want to just get away from it all and have a peaceful stay in the outskirts of Denmark then this is a great location. We had nature walks, picked veggies from the garden and caught marrow from the dams. Our dogs had an amazing time with lots of space to run and play. This property is still close enough to Denmark to enjoy the lovely winery’s , beaches and homemade chocolate delicacy’s.. Absolutely loved our stay.

Great escape

What a great escape. This property was amazing to stay at. Our 2 young boys absolutely loved playing around the property and eventhough it rained everyday it was so picturesque!! The highlight was the master bedroom and having a bath watching that beautiful landscape.

Epic place to unwind & relax

Absolute amazing place to stay, Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle & responsibilities of life.. The house itself is epic... A touch of modern with the old rustic cabin vibe & had everything & more for a comfortable & unforgettable stay... The fireplace & pizza oven were the real winners. Many thanks to the hosts for this place & the easy communication.

Simone and Zane come from hard a working to middle class background, working in various fields like hairdressing, building construction, take-away and in more recent years owning and managing the 'Key Sole' group of Footwear stores in Fremantle.
In recent years also having a family of two young children, where bringing kids up on a Farm is our ultimate dream.
Upon us is our next journey in life, to have purchased the originally named 'Sasden Estate' and to develop our own dreams for Kinclaven Escapes' and to ultimately provide a amazing experience for future guests.

A bespoke, artisan designed & built house set on 58 acres of pristine wilderness.
Kinclaven Escapes is in a unique part of Denmark, extremely close to many famous wineries of the area, with the farm house itself having so much room for guests, that guests can either mingle with each other, or simply reside on your lonesome, in one of the many 'quieter areas' around the house.

Many free roaming animals across the Property including Red tailed Cockatoo's, Rosella's, Emu, Kangaroos, to name just a few.
