Newly updated, this beautiful 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo provides all that you need for an incredible romantic trip to the coast or family beach vacation. As you enter this vacation rental condo, you are greeted with a fully renovated full kitchen, dining area, and an elegantly decorated living room that leads to a private balcony with full Gulf views. Relax in the evenings and watch the sunset or stroll down to the beach and walk along the shore. With easy beach access, you should have no problem. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


The master king suite features a decadent king-size bed, HDTV, and private bathroom. For additional guests, you will find a full bathroom off the common areas, a bunk nook area with a twin over twin bunk, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. This spacious condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and also offers a washer and dryer in the unit.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

It was just high enough to keep the road noise from being an issue but close enough to the beach that you could see everything going on. The condo unit had everything you could need and we were happy there were beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet. Glass Casa had excellent communication with us throughout the process. We didn't have any issues but did have a few questions before arrival and they responded quickly to our text messages.

Nice visit.

Had a good stay. The property was clean and the bed was great compared to anywhere else I have stayed, a big + for me. The room is a little small for 5 people, 4 would be fine but for us 5 was too close for comfort but we are use to staying in a house when we go to beach. Overall I would recommend this room.

Location was great.

The condo was great along with the location. My son broke his ankle within 3 hours of being there(and it rained 3/5 days) so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach/area as much as we hoped. The beach was beautiful to look at it. The store downstairs was nice along with restaurants being close by.

Great beachside condo!

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful beachside condo! It was very well kept! Clean and everything was in working order. They had even made some updates since the listing pictures. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. The only downside is that you do h e to cross the street to get to the beach. We would love to stay there again!

Christmas 2020

This was the perfect getaway for our small family “Covid Christmas” this year. I already miss my morning coffee with the ocean view. Our condo was clean, stocked with what we needed, and easy to access. We were walking distance to anything we needed. The kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and easy walk to the beach. We were able to stay socially distant and enjoy the beautiful Florida sun and salt water air.

We absolutely loved our stay and will plan on returning. Communication with Property Management was beyond. They literally respond in like 30 secs. The place worked for us as a family of 4. I can’t speak highly enough of this place. The view, the location, it was all perfect. The only suggestion I have is to install a full length mirror somewhere and to add a high door lock so kids can’t go in and out as they please. 🙄 Otherwise, we loved it!!

The reason this doesn’t have higher stars is because the furniture in the main living was very small, uncomfortable and honestly stunk like sweat and body odor. Needs to be replaced! The washer and dryer are tiny which leads to way more loads of laundry on vacation!

The layout was nice and the bunk beds in the hallway was perfect. Never felt like we didn't have enough space. The only problem was the stove top did not work very well, which caused making breakfast a bit challenging. I did also have to wash a couple of pots that had been put away dirty. It would also be nice to have the cookware updated.

Great location

Loved the balcony with all the chairs and tables, best view of the beach! Beautiful kitchen, clean appliances. They had a standard coffee pot so we brought on our mini Keurig and kcups. They had everything you need in the kitchen, however we did bring our own laundry detergent and dryer sheets for the week…glad we did! I also brought a multi hooked door hanger for my toiletry bag and clothes for the second bathroom, definitely a must. Bed was ok. Not a fan of the spring mattress since we are in our 60’s, so my 5 star rating is actually a 4 star just because of that. It made noise when someone was rolling over, didn’t like that. Other than that, it was great!!!

One week in a rental is a much different experience that 4-10 weeks in a rental. I won’t address the size as it was our own fault that we rented a one bedroom. The kitchen equipment was adequate. We cook a lot and found the unit lacking in large bowls and baking pans. We bought foil disposable pans to serve company. More dish towels and hot pads. We purchased our own and brought them home.

The view is amazing!!!

This was our first family vacation close to the beach! It was definitely worth the extra money. The property was beautiful!! The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Loved that it already had the chairs and umbrella! We didn’t cook a lot, but there was plenty of cook ware, and towels. Dryer takes a little while to dry, but keep the loads small and it gets the job done. The only complaint that I actually I had, was the bedding on the pull out couch could use being replaced, or even a mattress cover. ( You could feel the springs on it)! I was worried about the air, not being able to turn it down to low. But that was never a issue for us. We bring small bedside fans for the noise and thought it was cool enough. But over all it was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated and a great location

Very impressed with the location of the condo and the interior. The owners have done a great job with updating it. However, the dryer was a disappointment with how many hours it would take to dry a small load of laundry for my husband and I. We would clean out the dryer vent each time but it looks like previous tenants have allowed things to be burned and coated so it never was fully cleaned. The washer has a musty smell that would transfer to our clothes. The king size bed was appreciated, however, it squeaks so bad that you can barely move without making noise. Not sure if it was the mattress, frame, etc. but I would recommend they look into it because that makes for an interesting vacation. The sliding glass door never locked, but that wasn’t a problem for us since we were on the 5th floor so we felt safe. I would definitely recommend this condo to others, regardless of the minor issues mentioned above.
