Breathtaking Ocean View Condo w/ 3 bedrooms in Palmas del Mar

Our Flamboyan Condo is an amazing three-bedroom property that affords a breathtaking ocean view. The condo combines the modern comforts of your own home with a stylish and decorative interior. Living spaces are inviting, and feature a range of modern and fully equipped amenities. Outside, a cozy balcony features an array of patio furniture and outstanding views of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. The condo has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located downstairs with a laundry unit (washer/dryer). The master bedroom is bright and roomy with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom (the Jacuzzi is not working), a walk-in closet, a 46” cable TV, and two coaches. Sharing the second bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed without TV, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32” cable TV. Our two sofa beds in the living room (twin size) can accommodate the 7th person with his/her own bathroom by the kitchen. The upstairs floor has a kitchen, a dinning and living area, a balcony, and a third bathroom. Our master bedroom, dinning/living area, balcony and kitchen all enjoy a fabulous ocean view. Amenities also include a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, air-conditioning in all living spaces (split-units for M bedroom and upstair floor), and an electric grill on the balcony. We have space to park one vehicle and a golf cart. Our studio 'Palm' unit (#3495741) is located directly above our 'Flamboyan' unit. The two units share the same lobby area, but are completely separated with their own entrance doors, and are booked independently. If rented together, they can accommodate a total of 11 persons for a group--with 4 bedrooms + 1 loft + 4 baths.

Palmanova Village is located on the top of a hill next to the Palmanova Plaza in Palmas del Mar. It has a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gym center with sauna rooms--all are free of charges for renters and residents. Our condo is about 150 m away straight distance from the seashore, and about 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest beach (1111 steps). All beaches are free in Puerto Rico. You may rent a golf cart to access all the beaches in Palmas del Mar.

Palmas del Mar is the largest master-planned community in the Caribbean. Set in approximately 2,750 acres (11.1 km2) of land, the resort includes over 25 different neighborhoods (Palmanova Village is one of them), a bank, retail shops, an equestrian centre, two 18-hole championship golf courses (The Flamboyan Course is among the top 5 in the Caribbean), a marina, many restaurants, a casino, great views of the Luquillo Mountains and Vieques island, and security and strict-access control 24 hours per day. In addition, we have PAC membership to sponsor you to access the membership exclusive facilities in the Palmas Athletic Club's fitness center and the Tennis Club for charged visits and uses during weekdays. The tennis club has 20 courts: 2 artificial grass Omni Courts, 4 Har-Tru clay courts & 14 hard courts. These courts were supplied with cold drinking water all the time and towels are provided for users. Unfortunately, the Beach Club is closed for visitors for now, unless they are accompanied by a member. Inside Palmas Del Mar, you may also want to sign up for a horseback riding trip through the beach at the new Equestrian Center. You will find a bank located at Palmanova Plaza, as well as shops, multiple restaurants and a convenient grocery store. You can play at the casino at the Wyndham Hotel or relax at any of the spas. For those who prefer boating and water sports, you may want to visit the marina to sign up for a catamaran trip or a scuba diving/snorkeling adventure.

Palmas del Mar is about 30 minutes to Fajardo, 45 minutes to the US Forest Service Rainforest Visitor Center--El Portal, and about 50 minutes to the San Juan (SJU) airport when there is not traffic jam (but may take up to 2 hrs during traffic hours). Shopping and grocery centers are about 10 minutes driving distance away in downtown Humacao. Plamas del Mar is 30 minutes to the ferry (to Culebra and Vieques), the Cabezas Nature Reserve, and the Bio Bay in Fajardo; 45 minues away from the Rainforest visitor center, and about 50 minutes from the San Juan airport.
