Tucked in behind the sand dunes is this comfortable and magnificently positioned 2 storey contemporary Holiday Home. Unbeatable location positioned perfectly on one of Goolwa Beaches most favourable streets. Only a very short walk through the dunes to Goolwa Beach where you can swim, surf, boogie board and much more! Not even a road to cross. Smell the fresh sea air and hear the surf from this beach house. What a magnificent holiday destination.

The Space:
This home has a layout that everyone will love.

Upstairs:
Extra large open plan living. Front and rear balconies with nature reserve and sand dune views. Barbecue, outdoor setting and day bed.

Air conditioning, dining area, and 2 lounge areas, one for watching the TV or DVD and a quiet area for reading and gazing out the window.

Kitchen has electric oven and cook top, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and much more.

Downstairs:
Living area with TV and DVD - a perfect area for the children.

Three bedrooms are located downstairs.
Main bedroom with a Queen Size bed, built in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom two with a Queen Size bed and free standing robe.
Bedroom three with 1 set of bunk beds and a single bed. x 2 Trundle pull out beds but only one will fit in the bedroom pulled out.

Main Bathroom with separate toilet.

Separate Laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as additional fridge.

Large grassed areas out the front and back with plenty of room for lawn games and more.

Plenty of off street parking available even room for a boat!

Just Perfect

Will definitely stay here again! Fantastic location and the deck was amazing having a wine lying on the outdoor couch watching the stars after the kids had gone to bed. 5 stars except pod machine didn’t work!!

Not the greatest!

Not the cleanest of properties lots of dust, cobwebs, musky smell. Advertised as a dog friendly property yet gated area outside rusted and Broken so dogs can get out. Stairs broken on our arrival yet we were told that we caused the damage still no bond returned. Small chocolate stain on linen on our departure due to hiring over Easter period with kids which was made to be a big deal had to be sent off to be washed could just be put in washing machine likely part of the cleaning fee you pay when you rent the property
