House was great as was the location. It was clean and the check in and out process was easy. I had one small issue with a smoke alarm going off and they were quick to respond.

Thank you for the 5-star review of DU301: A Shore Thing in Duck. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and location, found everything clean, and had an easy check-in and checkout. We appreciate your understanding and are glad we could respond quickly to the smoke alarm issue. -Village Realty
We would definitely visit this home on our next stay. It was quiet and clean. They left great instructions and the entrance after a long travel was easy. The location is excellent! If I had one thing to add the bed on first floor could use a bit of upgrade. The tv service had some hits and misses. However we spent a lot of time out and about so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Overall the house was very welcoming, safe and pleasant. Will book again next year.
Responsive service and clean house. I would book this again in a heartbeat. Bath products barely enough to get started - come with your own soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish washer pods. If owners interested, Only upgrades I could suggest for property itself are: cutting board for kitchen , gas grill (even if small one) vs. awful charcoal one, and wagon to haul items to beach.

Thank you for your review of DU301: A Shore Thing in Duck. We're glad our team was responsive, the house was clean, and that you'd book again. We will share your suggestions—cutting board, a gas grill, and a beach wagon—with the owner for consideration. We appreciate you choosing Village Realty and hope to welcome you back soon.
Nicely updated and equipped for a relaxing vacation. The pool was a perfect "pre-game" spot for morning chats, reading, and lunch before heading to the beach for the afternoon. Shopping and restaurants are literally a two minutes' walk away. The beach access was a bit longer walk, but straight up the street.
