This well-appointed 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath Townhome in Mammoth Lakes California is right on the Red Line Shuttle route and only a short walk to entertainment, dining and shopping. Settle into the living room, light the fire, and enjoy the extensive movie library, just listen to the stereo or surf the Internet with free WiFi! Meals may be served from a cozy kitchen to the breakfast bar or dining area. A spa, sauna, and laundry facilities round out this mountain side, restful location. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Approx 1850 sq ft with 2 parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Living room: TV/VCR, kitchen, dining, wood stove, full bath and deck with BBQ. Master Bedroom: King bed. Bedroom #2: 2 twin beds & 1 queen sleeper sofa (TV/VCR) and shared full bath. Bedroom #3: 2 twin beds & 1 bunk bed (double bottom/twin top) shared full bath. Bedroom #4: Queen bed and shared full bath. Maximum Occupancy: 11. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great Stay for Large Group
Stayed here with a group of 9 to ski at Mammoth for the weekend. We all fit comfortably with room to spare. All appliances and water worked perfectly fine. Not too far from the mountain, nor from the town.

Nice but in need of updating
This was probably a very beautiful place in its day, which I guess is the 70’s or 80’s. It was clean but very old. The outlets were borderline dangerous as plugs would not stay in in some rooms and had to be propped up with something in order to stay plugged in. One of the burners on the stove didn’t work and the microwave would go out if used for longer than a few minutes. The location is great. The living area very nice with a beautiful wood burning stove, large dining table and comfortable couches. But many of the blinds didn’t work and we needed to put a blanket over the window in the main upstairs bedroom as the blind was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. It was great having the trolley access in walking distance. The area is very beautiful and we will go back but will look for different accommodations unless this is updated. If you need a lot of sleeping space and aren’t planning on doing much cooking or spending much time in the unit then it’s probably fine if the blinds work and you don’t need to use the outlets in the downstairs bedrooms.

Cabin for Ten
The condo was okay. The master bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. Th carpet was very old and looked dirty, but did not smell. The kitchen was small for the size of our family, but functional and well stocked even for 10 people. The bathroom downstairs was small for larger adults but fine for kids and young adults.
