What you’ve described does not meet the standards we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been during your stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and the condition you encountered especially the dust, unswept floors, and overall upkeep is not acceptable. Additionally, the issues with the patio door, missing basic items like towels and paper products, and the non-functioning TV are all concerns that should have been resolved promptly had we been made aware during your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out to us right away so we can correct issues in real time, but we also take full responsibility for ensuring the unit is properly prepared prior to arrival. Your feedback is extremely important, and we are taking the necessary steps to review and correct these issues. However, we are very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with unit 712. The cleanliness and maintenance concerns you mentioned, such as the mattress stains, dirty comforter, pillows, and mold, are unacceptable and certainly not the standard we strive for. The mildew/mold smell and mold in the master bedroom closet are particularly concerning. We take this matter seriously and will be addressing these issues with our cleaning and maintenance teams immediately. Regular and thorough cleaning is essential, and we clearly fell short in this instance. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.
