About this property

This condominium is new to the rental market and has had several updates completed recently! This large three bedroom oceanfront condominium is perfect for families.
The kitchen is fully-equipped and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is bar seating for three as well. This is in addition to the formal dining area which seats eight.
The living area has an HDTV, large sectional sofa and a couple other comfortable chairs ensuring plenty of seating for everyone. The Primary bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bath has a large, custom-tiled walk-in shower.
On the other side of the condominium are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has two twins and an HDTV. Just outside the twin room is a common bathroom that has a custom-tiled tub and shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom also has a custom-tiled walk-in shower.
Outside on your private balcony you can take in the wonderful oceanfront views while sitting at the outdoor dining table, which seats four. The beach is easily reached by elevator and short walk!

Beautiful condo and great location to the beach and golf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Very short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the pool. The condo looked like it was recently updated. We will definitely stay again. Absolutely no complaints!

Our first and last visit through the south gate

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean with the exception of the floors and utensils. There are 3 windows in the main area (living room, entry way and the kitchen) and none had any type of covering, blinds or curtains so everyone walking past the unit or waiting on the elevator could see into the unit (this unit is directly across from the elevator). The Wi-Fi never worked. We contacted the management and they gave us the password but the network never showed so we could not use the internet. Contacted the office and same issue, it never worked and with weak cell signal, we had to walk to the parking lot to make calls, send/receive text or emails. The AC stopped working Wednesday and the temp climbed quickly to the mid 80s so we called the office and reported the issue. The next morning noticed workers in the parking lot so we assumed they were working on outer unit but upon asking the workers, they told us they were working on a different unit but were happy to check it out. They told us the unit on the roof was not working to call the office so we did and updated our issue on the app and by calling. It wasn’t fixed by the time we left on Saturday. So, we spent the last part of our holiday in a humid and 84 degree unit unable to get comfortable. The positive aspect during our stay was good weather (no rain) and a good breeze on the beach.
