Bright house of 90 m2 of full foot in peace in pedestrian alley with 20 M of the seaside.

The house has facilities for young children, high chairs, cots with comfortable mattresses.
Parking without difficulty in the back of the house even in high season. The range of boucholeurs is accessible by sea 200m from the house; The aquatic center is 400m; Bicycle paths up to La Rochelle. Bike rental in any season.

Séjour très sympa

J’ai passé un mois dans cette charmante maison ou tout est très sympa La maison est très bien équipée même si certains électroménagers sont à changer je pense (cafetière, machine à laver) tout est bien pensé et la situation de la maison est parfaite. Je remercie encore Martine pour son accueil et sa disponibilité J’ai passé un très bon séjour merci et je reviendrai très certainement Il faudrait peut-être juste penser à changer le portillon Carole

Charmantes Häuschen in authentischem Ort

Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist komfortabel ausgestattet und ermöglicht einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt am Meer. Der Ortsteil Les Boucholeurs ist ruhig, verfügt über einige Restaurants und ist über einen gepflegten Weg am Meer entlang mit Châtelaillon verbunden. Dort gibt es einen sehr langen Strand und viele Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Region zu entdecken: La Rochelle erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten, die Inseln ile de Re und Ile d‘Aix sind ebenfalls sehr lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele. Auch für Radfahrer gibt es einiges zu entdecken. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Abreise war ebenso unkompliziert. Ein erholsamer und interessanter Aufenthalt in der Charente-Maritime. Merci

Agréable, calme et confortablemaison

Séjour très apprécié bien que malheureusement court dans cette charmante maison. La mer à quelques pas permet de profiter des levers et couchers de soleil. La terrasse, les restos proches, la plage Nous avons passé de bons moments en famille Merci Loëtitia pour ce séjour et merci à Cécile et Martine pour l’accueil et la restitution

J'ai passé un mois dans cette charmante maison, très bien située et tout y est bien pensé. Le salon est très lumineux, les chambres très agréables avec de nombreux rangements. Région et localisation riches en découvertes et farniente.

Propriété très agréable et très bien située pour la plage et ses promenades à pied comme à vélo. Le quartier des boucholeurs est resté très authentique mais quelques petits commerces comme une boulangerie et autres commerces traditionnels auraient été les bienvenus à proximité de celle ci.

ideal proche mer au calme

Location très bien situe entre LaRochelle et Rochefort au calme très bien équipée ,spacieuse .bord de mer accessible poussette, jeux ,terrain de boules et proches ventes d'huitres on a passé une très bonne semaine

Maison coquette et très agréable, à deux pas du front de mer

Station balnéaire très belle et propre et la maison est très jolie pratique et très bien équipée. Beaucoup d’espace et beaucoup de clarté avec les grandes baies vitrées, très calme. L’accueil de Martine et le départ avec Cecile parfait. Merci pour cette belle expérience

Schönes Häuschen in perfekter Lage

Nur 2 Schritte zum Wasser und ca. 3min zum Strand, liegt dieses kleine Häuschen ideal für Strandurlaub mit Kindern. Man öffnet morgens die Fensterläden und schaut auf‘s Meer, was will man mehr. In der Nähe ein paar nette Bistrots und Restaurants, auf dem Campingplatz um die Ecke ein Bäcker und der Fahrradverleih ein paar Häuser weiter, alles fein für einen Urlaub ohne große Fahrerei mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat genug Platz für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Kindern. Sowohl die Vermieterin, als auch die Dame vor Ort, sind sehr nett und waren sehr bemüht, uns einen entspannten Urlaub zu ermöglichen.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus quasi an der Promenade

Der Aufenthalt war für uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr angenehm. Die Dame war Ort war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich und hatte einen toll gepflegten Ordner mit vielen Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps vor Ort. Die Promenade sowie die Anlagen drumherum wurden gerade neu gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich das W-Lan, das aber bald kommen soll, fehlte ein wenig. Ansonsten können wir das Haus mit dem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
