The Aspen Mountain Residences [Formerly Hyatt Grand Aspen] at Owner Direct Rates

This 3-Bedroom/3-Bath Suite has recently been updated with new furnishings, fixtures, and decor. The unit features a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, three master bedroom suites with King beds, fireplace, & stone tile bath, and either a balcony or a patio. A full-size sleeper sofa is in the living room. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

Services & Amenities: Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping & Bike/Ski Valet, as made available by the resort. Resort Fee Paid Upon Booking: Includes use of all resort amenities - common area Pool, Hot Tubs, daily continental breakfast, Fitness Center and WiFi. $40/night for a Studio, $50/night for a 1 Bedroom, $60/night for a 2 Bedroom, $70/night for a 3 Bedroom, $80/night for a 4 Bedroom. Optional Fees: $40/night parking fee, $200 king to 2 twin beds conversion fee. No Rollaway beds are allowed. Crib rentals may be arranged through the concierge.

Awesome 3BR Condo

The 3 bedroom (all King beds) condo was awesome ! We love the location, close to gondola, grocery store, and walking distance to core Aspen. Kitchen has new appliances, however some of the pots, pans, utensils are limited. Covid restrictions were not too bad, and the Hyatt property management was quick to respond to any special needs, etc. Overall 5 Stars !!

Wonderful Christmas in Aspen

We stayed four nights over Christmas in this gorgeous 3-bedroom condo just one block from the Silver Queen Gondola. The furnishings were remarkably comfortable, with three fireplaces, high-end kitchen appliances, large dining table, marble finishes, and very large bathrooms with separate showers, large soaking tubs, and L'Occitane toiletries. Our place opened to the central courtyard, with a pool and jacuzzi, which was fun despite the cold nighttime temperatures. Everything was immaculate, with the rooms cleaned and serviced daily. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was simply fantastic -- everything we hoped for in a Christmas holiday destination. We can't wait to stay here again!

Great location. Clean. Staff was very helpful. The only drawback was the Jacuzzi is broken. It has been broken since October. I wasn't informed of that. We would've possibly stayed someplace else as our family enjoys going into the Jacuzzi in the evening with the snow. I reached out to the host, but have not heard back.

Our Aspen Stay

We enjoyed a beautiful 3 bedroom first floor unit. Because of the COVID 19 Virus, there was no daily maid service, nor was there any continental breakfasts served during our 4 day stay. The close proximity to downtown was fabulous. I can’t say enough about the staff. Anything we asked for was immediately brought to us. We were able to ge clean, fresh towels replaced every day. Drivers were happy to take us to restaurants and shopping whenever we asked. We even asked for a card table to play Canasta, and they brought one to us. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort.

We loved our stay at the Grand Hyatt in Aspen and the unit was even better than expected. I was truly surprised to find out that we had one of the nicest units in the building. Best location in Aspen, steps from the slopes, steps to the restaurants and easy shuttle and bus service to the other mountains. We had a great trip.

Great Experience in Aspen

I took my family (seven of us) to Aspen skiing in January 2019. We needed a three bedroom apartment with full kitchen facilities and after a lot of research we booked with Tami Brown of Let It Snow and stayed at the Grand Hyatt. The apartment was fabulous, plenty of space and everyone was happy, and the central location couldn't have been better. There were two maid services a day and the customer service could not be faulted. The snow this year was the best I can remember and we all talked about booking the same apartment for next year. I thoroughly recommend Tami Brown and will use her services again.
