This home accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms with three beds and two and a half bathrooms. The primary suite offers a private full bath, while the additional bedrooms feature soft linens and comfortable bedding. One of the bathrooms includes a bathtub—ideal for a relaxing soak after a day by the water.

Outdoor living
Spend your afternoons where pool is shared with the Salt Therapy South house or lounge on the patio surrounded by ocean breezes. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area invite shared meals under the open sky. The home also features a balcony and easy beach access just across A1A, making it simple to spend time on the sand or watch the sunset over the shoreline.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for home-style meals. You’ll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Gather at the dining table for breakfast before heading out, or enjoy dinner together while listening to the surf nearby.

Comforts & amenities
Across three levels, you’ll have air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi for comfort throughout your stay. Relax in the living area with an HDTV or take advantage of the washer, dryer, and iron for convenience. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided. A private elevator connects each floor, and the driveway offers parking for up to three vehicles. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Set in North Vilano Beach, the home offers quick access to local grocery stores, restaurants, and the historic charm of St. Augustine. The nearby Intracoastal Waterway boat launch provides another way to enjoy the coast.

Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
