We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property/location is incredible, the room was perfect for the family and the ability to ski-on/ski-off was pretty epic. We will definitely return.
Enjoyed a weekend getaway as a couple. Located a quick drive from local attractions the property is a great option.

Perfect family ski condo
Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this condo- the small kitchenette made it easy to have meals at home, but the convenience of the on-site restaurants gave us options. The location cannot be beat- we loved the easy access to the lift chair! And having a hot tub available to relax in apres ski was awesome. We’ll definitely be back!
The Hilton Property Manager greeted us with form to sign indicating they would provide no service to our room, because it was not rented through them. It was a hotel room and not a condo. The "resort fee" was more than advertised, for which we received little value. They could not even provide coffee. The property was mismanaged, as the staff had no idea as to where most things were located. As a matter of course, there was no room service for all of the fees paid for the room, resort etc.. The only thing truly good about it was the location of the property and interior design of the building.

Curtis, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We're sorry to hear that you felt mistreated by the property management and front desk staff. As stated in the welcome email, you can purchase additional room cleaning for $80 per cleaning, payable to the front desk. Coffee is provided for free in the room, and there is also a cafe onsite with lattes and fresh food. If we were aware of your dissatisfaction, we would have encouraged you to request a refund of your resort fee.
-We're glad that you enjoyed the location and design of the building.
Thank you for providing your valuable feedback as we continue to make improvements to the unit for future guests!

Ok, but book direct.
This room is exactly the same as the rooms booked directly with Everline, except for a couple things. The room itself was pretty dirty. The couch is pretty thrashed with quite a bit of staining, the floors were dirty and there were a few unknown substances that had dripped or splashed on the walls and were not cleaned up. The linens were clean and the dishes were clean. The other reason is that: if you run out of towels, toilet paper, linens, etc. the resort will not replace or give any of those things to you. There are also no paper towels or kitchen towels. There was one, but if you’re there for any length of time and cooking, you will need much more. So, I would say, book through everline itself. The rooms are much cleaner, it ends up costing about the same with all the many fees tacked on and, if you run out of Tp, you can get some more!

Hi Lyndsey, thank you for your review. We’ve passed your feedback along to the homeowner, so they can continue to improve for future guests. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.
Staying at The Resort at Squaw Creek property was fantastic! The convenience was nice, as were the amenities, and I loved the room. I wish more properties had compact, but well-designed mini-kitchens like the one in my suite.
I would recommend staying at this property, in this room, in Olympic Valley to anybody looking to benefit from outstanding access to winter (and summer!) fun at and around Palisades Tahoe.
