Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at topsail island. The house was clean, great view of the ocean from upper and lower decks. Visited the sea turtle hospital and our family enjoyed it. The seafood was very good.

Another great birthday week at Surf City!!!

House was very nice and view from decks was amazing as was the tiny walk down private beach access!! Location was perfect!! Beach was awesome and proximity to stores and restaurants was great and so easy!! Absolutely will keep this tradition every year and hope to book this house again!!!

Super location

The house is very well laid out and worked perfectly for our family. Mere steps to the beach! A few minor issues with plumbing and A/C were handled quickly by Ward Realty. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Very nice

Wonderful. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture. Nice games. Perfect view. The hot shower under the house was an unexpected treat. Really liked the combination of no traffic and being close to the retail center. The only hiccup was getting the Wi-Fi password which I hope is now on the property webpage.

Nice place to stay

The place was very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. However, the room with the bunk beds was very hot, and there were two box fans in the closet we had to get out and use. The microwave stopped working half way through the week, with a house full of teens, that was definitely a necessity. They brought us a new microwave at the end of the week. Overall, it was a great house. Close to the beach….this unit is not oceanfront but it’s close. We would stay here again if we ever go back to Topsail. If you have younger kids, there is not much to do in Topsail and most of the places close early. Something to think about.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time staying here with family with kids and our dog. The house was clean and well-stocked. We loved how close to the beach we were but also how close everything else was to this location. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely look to come back again.
