Great little house for a family weekend for University of Arizona three nice size bedrooms and two very clean bathrooms. House had everything we need though we didn’t prepare any food there. Nice residential area with coffee, shops and restaurants nearby.

We planned day trips west, north and east of Tucson. This house was centrally located for that purpose. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access.

House was clean and perfect for our family of 6. The property manager was responsive and helpful even after we checked out. We had accidentally left an item in the house and we were able to reclaim it a couple days after we left.

Family holiday together

We had a wonderful time at this house! The courtyard is delightful in mild weather. We especially enjoyed the large table for family meals and game nights. Each of the 3 bedrooms were comfortable (bring slippers, though, since the tile floors can be chilly). The house is equipped for a stay of several days, with a full kitchen as well as washer and dryer. Everyone in our group was delighted with the accommodations, and we congratulated ourselves on our choice😊.

Since Tucson is an outdoors vacation we spent more time exploring with friends but we had everything we needed at host's property when we stayed in.and location was pretty good. I booked my stay through Evolve for a quick trip to Tucson to visit a friend. Not knowing the area very well, I trusted that a home close to U of A would afford me convenience with access to all the amenities I may need. This house did not disappoint. Clean, ideally located, and comfortable with a super responsive, friendly host, helped relieve my worries about booking a house on short notice. When I come back to visit my friend, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect for family gathering

We had 4 generations traveling to Tucson to see my brother who is stationed at the Air Force Base there. The house could not have been any better for us! That dining room table was the highlight for sure, perfect for games and for serving Thanksgiving dinner. However the backyard was also a big hit and really extended our living space. The teens even opted to sleep in the screened in porch since the weather was so nice during our trip. Neighborhood felt safe, location was close to everything we needed and we never drove more than a couple miles to get anywhere. The owner was incredibly kind and friendly in answering all our questions as well as quick to respond when we needed him. We would definitely recommend this listing and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.
