The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and a horde of ants was eating the toilet paper. We couldn't find any fly spray to sort the ant issue.The were also used tissues on the coach and beside the bed.

Ants can occasionally appear in summer and we apologise that fly spray was not available during your visit. The used tissues you found are not the standard we expect and this has been followed up to ensure the home is properly checked and prepared for future guests.
