ocean. Also with the large pool next to the property is also great with only a one minute walk to the pool is a great accessibility feature. The location is the best,
it is located next to the Carousel Hotel and restaurant and near the 119th. Street Shopping center for groceries and more restaurants. Whether it relaxing on your wraparound balcony or just just lounging in the spacious living room you will enjoy your vacation at the Fountainhead 1A #70.

The bungalow was clean, had amazing views and the amenities were as advertised. Parking was the only thing that you should be aware of as it is advertised for two spots and really only one car can fit in the port.

OCMD Family Vacation

Oceanfront setting was very convenient, with access to the Fountainhead pool as well. Wraparound porch was just as advertised & was a very pleasant spot, with plenty of seating & a dining table for our family of 10. We had a few minor questions/concerns & Shoreline was very responsive. The unit was relatively quiet, despite being located in a busy area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

I would strongly caution families, especially those with young children, against staying at this property. The condition of the home was absolutely unacceptable. It was not properly cleaned despite us being charged an additional 100 for early cleaning, and the property was infested with mice. We caught and killed two large mice and saw several others during our stay.There were piles of mouse droppings underneath the living room furniture and side tables. Because we were traveling with young children, we had to barricade the kitchen with chairs to prevent them from getting near the mouse traps.We spent nearly an entire day of our vacation arguing with the booking company just to have someone come clean. When someone finally arrived, they told us they had “never seen something this bad” and explained that they were not professional cleaners, but people who complete jobs for the property.A family vacation should not involve catching mice, discovering piles of droppings, barricading rooms for your children’s safety, and fighting to have the home properly cleaned. The property was unsanitary and unacceptable, and I cannot recommend staying here
