The thoughtfully designed floor plan is ideal for larger families or traveling friends. This condo features two private primary bedroom suites — one showcasing breathtaking ocean sunrise views and the other capturing beautiful bay sunsets. Both include generous closets and full bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and dual vanities. A third bedroom and a convenient half bath located off the kitchen complete the layout.

The Atlantis building offers an oceanfront outdoor pool, elevators for easy access, and on-site year-round security. Located in midtown Ocean City, you'll be within walking distance to popular restaurants, shopping, and family entertainment.

Additional Fees: A $60 parking fee is due directly to the Atlantis building upon registration.

1st trip to OC was a winner

The rental was perfect for our stay, plenty of room and private space when needing break Walk out to beach Lots of open parking , the bins to help carry stuff in helped a lot Easy walk to stores Hope to rent again next year

Great place to be a family!

We took our teens and college aged kids to OC for a long weekend! This location offered a wonderful access to the ocean and the onsite staff are amazing! They were my favorite part of staying here. Our family has a more relaxing vacation when we FEEL welcome. Unfortunately, this isnt the vibe everywhere we go:( We will consider Atlantis and this unit a safe place for our future trips to the ocean:)

Great condo

The condo itself was great and location is amazing. However the cleaning service for the unit should be changed. The kitchen sink and showers looked like they were only rinsed down to be cleaned. There were hairs left on the shower walls that even my very unobservant husband noticed and the toilet bowls weren’t scrubbed. Upon arrival we walked into a pile of the previous occupants dirty linens in the foyer that the service never picked up, it took 4 days before they were finally picked up and out of our way. While making our beds on the first night there was a pile of about 10 dried up contact lenses on one of the bunk bed rails. I would have given it a 5 star review but it was the cleanliness of the unit that made it not great. No one wants to go on vacation and start by cleaning out sinks and tubs. The location of the unit was great, beach was perfect, kids loved the pool.

Nice place but was not cleaned well before our arrival and air conditioning does not work well

Overall this was a very nice place to stay. If the air conditioner would've worked correctly and the place would've been cleaned appropriately prior to our arrival I would give it 5 stars. With that said the place was not filthy as in bugs or anything like that but very dusty everywhere, there was other people's hair in the bath tubs, crumbs etc on mattresses. The air wouldn't go below 76 degrees but the property managers did work on this all week for us and got it down to 73 by the end of the week. The cono has a fantastic view to see the sun rise over the ocean. Its a nice place for a family. The pool is nice and clean. And this is literally steps from the beach. If I could be guaranteed the air conditioner was fixed I would definitely stay here again.
