Fully renovated apartment in Montmartre, one block from picturesque Rue des Abbesses

Located one block from vibrant rue des Abbesses, in the heart of Montmartre, between metro Abbesses, Blanche and Pigalle, close to all shops and Sacré Coeur . Completely renovated. Kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher and fridge, electric meter up to standards, bathroom with shower and toilet, wooden floor. Double glazed windows in bedrooms.
Fully electric heating with new diffusing radiators.


Someone local can be available for help in case of an emergency.

The best street in Paris is rue des Abbesses and there’s no denying it. It runs through the middle of the charming Montmartre district and is a hive of activity both day and night. The locals say that Montmartre is like the village of Paris and this street is simply best example of that. As a former local, I wholeheartedly agree.

You have your butcher, your baker, your candlestick maker (well, maybe not a candlestick maker) all mushed in with coffee shops, restaurants, and better people-watching than anywhere in Europe.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

2 subway stations are available nearby

The whole apartment has been fully remodeled in September 2022.

This apartment is wonderful, exactly what I was looking for and it exceeded my expectations. Nice decor, lots of shops close by and close to the metro,Although we found we walked almost every place instead of taking the metro.

Wir waren 2 Tage mit 4 Personen und 2 Tage mit 2 Personen in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch gelegen, es ist alles da, was man braucht, in der Wohnung und auch drumherum. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele gute Restaurants und Bars und auch die Metro. Montmatre ist einfach ein super Viertel!!! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut, sie standen immer zur Verfügung. Wir waren in der ganz heißen Zeit in Paris (40C), aber die Wohnung war noch gut gekühlt als wir ankamen und es gab Ventilatoren und wir konnten Durchzug nachts machen, so dass die Hitze in der Wohnung nicht so gravierend war. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank und ein sehr großes Gefrierfach, so dass auch dort alles gut gekühlt werden konnte. Was evtl zu beachten ist, wenn man die Wohnung mit 4 Personen bewohnt, dass das eine Bett nur ca 130 breit ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. lumineux, bien situé et propre on aurait trouver une cafetière nespresso, un accès aux chaînes de télévision (le téléviseur est très bien mais il n’est pas connecté !) et un lit de meilleure qualité dans la petite chambre
