This spacious, open plan home is a great spot for a large group or multiple families with plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs with an additional walkthrough bedroom. Pet friendly (with dog run) with a huge deck off the living areas and a great spa to relax in at the end of the day.

Holiday home

We came down for a netball tournament 11 of us for 3 nights the home was comfortable and clean. Affordable accommodation in a nice area in Rotorua, close to all amenities. Would recommend for large groups.

Great location for many activities

Great to arrive to a lovely warm house on a chilly day. Spa bath proved delightful and location to most activities we did was ideal

Great large home

Had a great stay, spa was lovely after a days bike riding. Nice and close to Redwoods, pub and shops, nice and quiet location, good house for 4 coupes, great kitchen.

short and sweet

we had an excellent experience staying in this house for a short getaway. We love how we were able to have our own spaces as the rooms are in good sizes and the neighborhood was peaceful and we feel secured.
