Comfortable getaway in a nice neighborhood

This was the perfect size for us, and it was nice to have the kitchen to make breakfast in before we took on the town each day. It might have had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. If we ever make it back to Nashville, we know where we're staying!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Spencer made sure everything was taken care of, we were short of hand soap in the bathroom and shampoo/conditioner, he had the cleaners come that day and drop some off. A shower caddy or shelf in the shower would be nice and also a large mirror somewhere also. The bed is a good size and was very comfy! Like others said it was a good location and around a $10 Lfty/Uber ride to downtown. No nearby grocery or neighborhood bars, easy though to get to these happenings. We like to walk so only took about 15-20 minutes to walk to them. Overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay for a single or a couple.

Property centrally located in East Nashville convenient to so many clubs and restaurants. Clean and comfortable living room, bedroom, kitchen and bath. Easy private parking off the rear alley.

I would go back

When we arrived to the house, secondary to maintenance the floors were dirty, but Spencer was wonderful & had the cleaning crews come back out ASAP. The place is definitely best suited for one, two people @ the most. The bed is small, but very comfortable. $10 uber into downtown/midtown. Lots of cool bars in East Nashville.

Stopover on our way to Maine!

The apartment was romier than I thought it would be. The accommodations were nice and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and Kitchen was well stocked for our stay. The historic east end was a good location, and interesting to walk to see the changes and updating being made in the area. I would recommend this apartment.

A great place for the money.

The shower is a bit tricky but outside of that, everything was great. We used uber to get to Broadway and nearby spots. Costs ranged around $9. No nearby grocery nor neighborhood bar but easy to get to the happenings. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment that worked well

We were just staying two nights and this apartment did the job quite well. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it was easy trips downtown (mostly via Uber). The owner was quite attentive to suggestions we made, clarifying info about the unit. We found the shower was not as small as some suggested, although it could use a shower caddy or shelf to facilitate placing shampoo & soap conveniently. A larger mirror somewhere would be nice. We'd definitely stay here again if we came to Nashville.

Great little spot outside the hustle and bustle

The location was great. Just a quick Uber ride away from everything and in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The space itself was clean and well put together. My only complaint would be the size of the shower and bathroom in general. It is very small. I had reached out to Spencer before booking and was told the shower had been expanded, however, I am 5'2" and I felt claustrophobic in there. I can't imagine how someone 6' tall would feel. Other than this, the place was lovely. Spencer reached out to see if we needed anything during our stay and offered up a couple breakfast and lunch locations nearby. Overall, the place was cozy and cute and I would book this property again.

Up and coming location close to downtown

For the price it was a deal! Cute little garage conversion apartment that was clean and comfortable bed! East Nashville is up and coming with holes in the wall like Dinos bar and blue sky cafe. Kroger was minutes away, and uber ride into town was $8-15 depending on the time. Overall great visit, nice price point, good location.

My first visit to Nashville

This property is very clean and private and within great proximity to downtown Nashville and all it has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet. I would say that the shower is EXTREMELY tiny (2x2 ft sq ft maybe). If you are a tall or larger person you may not fit!!!! The bed was comfortable, towels and sheets were nice. We brought in a few groceries for breakfast and snacking and the kitchen was perfect for that. Our adult daughter slept on the futon, it was small and uncomfortable, good for one adult but probably not two. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this sweet little place, I would return here on my next trip. I might suggest towel hooks/bars and maybe a full length mirror to sweeten it even further. See you next time NASHVILLE!!!

Very nice location

The property itself is great, especially if you want access to downtown Nashville. Uber rides to Broadway were around $8-10. The apartment is great. Bed is comfortable and the tv set up is very relaxing. Only 2 minor complaints would be that 1) the directions to the rear parking weren't very clear in the instructions, And 2) the check out time was erroneously provided as 11pm but is in fact 11am, So there was some confusion when I arrived to check out and the cleaners were there already. Otherwise it's a fantastic place to stay.

Great location, perfect accommodations for our first visit

We enjoyed our first visit to Nashville and the accommodation worked out great. We would definitely stay here again. The house was bright and clean. Simple and comfortable accommodation. The neighborhood in East Nashville was just what we were hoping for: quiet, relaxed and a friendly environment. Only 20 - 30 minute walk to some great places to eat like Mas Tacos, Yeast Nashville Bakery (try the Kolaches!), the Pharmacy or East Nashville bars like the 5 Spot or Basement East. Traveling by public transit to downtown was easy with nearby bus stop and the friendliest bus drivers you could want. It's only $5.25 for an all-day pass! We also used the bus for getting to and from the airport. Very convenient and inexpensive ($3.40) with only one bus change at the central terminal. At night we used Lyft and regular taxi to get to a couple of concerts at the Ryman with the cost typically between $6 - 8.

I'm a long-time resident of Southern California who travels often to this part of Texas for leisure purposes myself. In my own travels over the years, I have been the beneficiary of incredible hospitality in the many unique properties where I've had the good fortune of resting my head, so I'm only too happy to return the favor and provide people with their own memorable vacation experiences.

Why they chose this property

After taking a trip to Nashville a few years ago, I fell in love with the city. Something about it really excited me. I'm not sure if it's the history, the buzz surrounding all the activity on the Eastside and the throngs of young people moving here, the beautiful surroundings, or, perhaps most likely, all of the above. I've been making routine trips out here since then and finally took the plunge and bought this property. I have a major soft spot for restored historical properties, and this one definitely fit the bill. I have no doubt you'll feel the same.
