Great, clean stay close by all the things!

Cute space for a small family or group of friends. Easy to book, affordable, clean and convenient to everything! Will definitely be back!

Best Wurst Fest & Downtown Location

This unit has everything that you may require when away from home. Very walkable to various down town restaurants, parks and the Wurst festival, not to mention the river tubing. Extremely helpful and friendly management and immaculate cleanliness and facilities. We will be back.

Quick get away

When we arrived in the area we drove right passed the entrance for a few miles. Putting the street address in gmaps didnt quite work, probably operater error. Ended up using the spud ranch close by to get closer to the property and it was easier using that as a reference point any other time. Traffic in area gets super heavy kinda early in the day so walking to nearby places is definitely recommended.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a place to stay within walking distance to everything to do around Comal River, this place is for you. Just walk 8 min to drop in above chute with 2-3 hr float to last public exit. Then just a 10 min walk back. Even quick walk to Schlitterbahn. This place was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I loved having a convenience store right next door to pick up things we needed quickly. We had a small maintenance issue, stepped across street to the the Spud Place (Food was amazing), and returned and issue resolved. This is a hidden gem in New Braunfels.

It made up for it in the location you are by the camel river entrance (exit of the camel river is also close), good spud access the street, schlitterbahn just a little walk down.

The sofa bed was very noisy and not comfortable, the shower door swings towards the toilet and almost broke it several times , the divider walls between the units appears to not have a true sound barrier , as my 2 kids nd I hd to listen to a party to about 3 o'clock in the morning. Will not stay with you again...... Sorry for the bad review.

This is the third time we've used RiverCityResorts. As pleased as we were with the layout of our place we were VERY disappointed with the beds. The one in the bedroom smelled of vomit and the pullout bed mattress had springs coming through it. Horrible! We'd like to use your group next year as this s a yearly trip for us so I hope you can resolve his problem. We left a message on Saturday but no one returned my call.
