Couldn’t have asked for a better place! Stocked with necessities and with a closet with plenty of tubes for us. Great location and with all the info needed. I definitely plan on staying again. Plus super clean pool!

Great spot near waterpark!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great accommodations. 6-7 minute walk to the gate of the west park (master blaster side). Great river access with a cute pizza spot Nextdoor.

Our stay was perfect. It was a short walk to Schlitterbahn and there was a public entrance to float the river a few minutes from the unit. We had plenty of linens. We wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Great place! Clean, roomy and staff on site are amazing!

Had a blast and loved the place! Wasnt right off the water like photos showed but it was still great and the staff was crazy great!

Excellent location, clean, simple, & comfortable

Easy access to many activities without using a car. The condo was clean, spacious for the 3 of us, comfy beds, with simple decor.. nothing fancy. Will definitely stay at Camp Warneke Estates for our next visit.

Great location

We had a great stay! Property is within very close walking distance to Schlitterbahn. We walked back to property for lunch and then went back to Schlitterbahn. On the river. Very nice and clean. Would return. Our Wi-Fi did not work, but we never checked with property manager about it.

Family of 5 w 3 20-somethings.... all enjoyed a Bahn weekend. Renovated unit, beautiful new master bath and new master bed, very comfy. Youth twin beds kids mentioned were a bit squeaky/average- - -. Overall this place was beautiful, clean, a preferred spot, would definitely book again! Remember to get your "hand stamped" walking out of Schlitterbahn, with your hand stamped, you can walk out of this condo and through the back Bahn Cabin gate and walk right back into the new-side waterpark. Thank you

The condo was clean. The room was ready early and available for check in without and early request. Lots of information left for different restaurants, bars, and events around New Braunfels.BONUS: the condo had tubes and a pump in the closet, so no need for a contract with a tubing company.
