Great family vacation spot!

Great condo in Tristan Towers. Clean, well equipped kitchen, and comfy living spaces. Definitely on my short list for when we return to Pensacola Beach!

Great place loved the pool and bay. Only complaint didn’t have a chest of drawers in first bedroom so with 4 suitcases on floor was a little tight!! Other than that loved it❤️❤️ Will be back!!

Lovely Condo!

Took my granddaughters to Pensacola Beach for a few days during memorial day weekend and the condo was great! The property was very clean and well-maintained and convenient to the strip. Everyone had a fun time!

Relaxing bay side view

We had a great time as a fam of 5 at this rental! Was exactly as pictured - plenty of space for our fam although we were mostly outside. Walk to beach is only 3 minutes & pool is even closer. Kitchen was fully stocked so we cooked several meals at home. Kids enjoyed the Bayside as much as the ocean! Would stay again!

The property is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The views from the wrap around balcony are amazing. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Here are some suggestions of improvements for a 5 star rating: 1. Replace the missing shower grab bar2. Fix the master bedroom closet door so it easily closes. 3. Provide a Kuerig coffee maker4. Place anti slip strips on the floor of the shower in the master bedroom.

CHARMING ON ALL LEVELS

I was super impressed with this property. I live in the area and have stayed at a number of places over the years, but this condo is now my favorite. The place was immaculate and had a charm to it provided by the owners. It just felt like home for this past week. The property had everything needed for perparing, cooking, and serving food and beverages! It is located close to everything Pensacola Beach. The Property Management Company was outstanding (Thanks Audrey for a FANTASTIC Job!)! I highly recommend this property to anyone!

Wonderful location

Lots of beach both public and on the National Seashore. Close to Fort Pickens where you can watch the Blue Angels practice on Tuesday mornings at 10:30. Check their schedule. I liked the Bay side of the property if you don't want the direct sun on you all day. Peg Leg Pete's is close by and has the best oysters on Pensacola Beach. One problem is the owner who remotely sets the temperature in the unit which can't be changed one degree without the pin code. Also didn't supply enough codes to get in the building.

Ok once but not again

Overall the stay was nice. The pictures do not reflect the unit fairly though. It’s a small unit with low ceilings but the amenities were there. The washer and dryer were so old that I think the washer made my clothes smell some. Also, our entire trip there were workers working on the building. We were woken up every day by 8 am with loud banging and drilling. This happened every single day, even Saturday and Sunday. In addition, the men were on our balcony the entire time. At one point my daughter came out of the bathroom with a towel on and there was a man standing outside her window. This sucked because we had no privacy and we couldn’t get up in the morning to have coffee and enjoy the view. I just feel like we should have been forewarned about this so that we could make other accommodations.

Overall ok experience.

The good: location right near several parks with beach access. Kitchen was the best equipped We’ve had with a VRBO! The beds and pillows are very comfortable with a nice living space. It has a balcony with great access on two full sides, although not much of a view being on the lower level and not any deck furniture. The bad, sliding screen doors are falling off and need some WD40 on the wheels. Guessing it’s in the midst of being fixed up on the interior but is poorly done, especially the trim. We had a problem with a water leak mid stay. Not a problem that could have been anticipated. I’m simply brining it up to give the management company praise. Pensacola beach properties were responsive to us, promptly had their maintenance person assess the problem and when it was as determined that a major fix was needed found another place for us to stay, saving the rest of the week for us!!
