Completely renovated ! This beautiful one bedroom apartment will seduce you with its perfect location and its large terrace overlooking the garden. This 730 square feet apartment is very well divided into an open space including the living/dining/kitchen area with brand new kitchen cabinets and granite counters, and a big one bedroom with a king size bed having direct access to the bathroom and the big walk-in closet. You will find 2 flat screen TVs , one in the bedroom and one in the living room, a DVD, and a queen sleeper sofa for a comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. Everything you need is included: high speed internet, USA and Canada unlimited calls, linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker ( regular AND Keurig compact), dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, etc. You will also find a “in unit” washer and dryer facility. We are happy offer our WELCOME BASKET : dishwasher soap, dish soap, new dish sponge, laundry detergent, laundry softener, Laundry dryer sheets and a Shower sponge . For the beach days: 2 beach chairs, one umbrella and 1 cooler are available for your use.

Had a great stay at this condo. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do. Kitchen was well equipped with what was needed to do some cooking. Best part was the very comfy king bed! Bonus is that the pool is protected from most of the breezes and we were able to enjoy it even though the weather was a little on the cool side during our stay.

Nice getaway

The property could use a little maintenance. The kitchen sink handle was broken, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall, there was a spot of blood on the bedspread. But other than that, it is a lovely community and we had a great time.

First time we have ever rented a condo and the experience was good. You need a car to get to the beach but well worth it, Indian Shores was a lovely beach, very safe and sandy. Good supermarket across the road for all your needs.

We rented a month at this condo and it was very comfortable for our stay. We cooked every breakfast and most dinners. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. We bought a meat thermometer and a box cheese grater that we contributed to the inventory. There were definitely enough paper products & cleaning supplies to get you started. We mostly communicated with Christenla, Brian's mother who was very supportive and got back to you with in minutes! P.s. There is no elevator, we were on the 2nd floor. There were some noise neighbors just a few times late at night, but to be expected in close proximity with buildings & 2 other complexes near by. Condo was in a great location, we rode our bikes to Clearwater beach, found the Pinellas bike trail a few block away. Grocery, restaurants, gasoline, car wash, all nearby. We would definitely rent from them again.

A place you wish you could turn around and stay another week in.

Better than expected stay. Publix right across the road. Great location, so many great places you can get to quickly. Location aside, the condo was in great condition and beautifully stocked. I would definitely go back again.

Condo is very nice and definitely exceeded my expectations. Bed was comfortable and the pool area was amazing. Only bad thing was the construction noise that started RIGHT outside the bedroom window at 7am every morning. My partner and I didn’t get much sleep during our stay due to this, though this is not the owners fault. Just wish I would’ve known it was going to be so noisy because I wanted to get some rest on my vacation! Overall a great stay and I don’t blame the owner for any of the external factors. Would definitely look into booking in the future!

Lovely property!

Was within easy reach of the beaches and there were many great restaurants to choose from in the area. Surprisingly, even though these condos are close to a main road, It was nice and quiet at night so no problem getting a good nights sleep! Condo was lovely and everything we needed was provided....the beach chairs and the umbrella especially came in very handy.
