The Avalon condominium complex at Clearwater is just 3 miles away from Clearwater Beach, and a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach, Honeymoon Island and close to Tampa .
This condo is on the ground floor, steps away to the resort like heated pool, with charcoal BBQ grills, clubhouse with full kitchen and gym.
In walking distance you'll find many shops and restaurants, for your entertainment and convenience.
Completely updated with new appliances, paint inside and out as well as high class decor and original canvas paintings from JK Lamkin of Taos, New Mexico.
The screened in lanai/patio is cozy with a table that seats the family. Perfect for any meal of the day, just a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and/or favorite cocktail it's cozy and inviting. A fully stocked kitchen with ALL new appliances, 2 coffee makers, microwave. There are also pool and beach amenities, toys, and more.

My husband and I stayed in the condo for 2 1/2 months. Everything was perfect. The condo was so clean and very nicely decorated with beautiful artwork. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of towels, washcloths. There was a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and shampoo and lotion. All made our start of vacation that much smoother.Communication with the owner was simple and always got a quick reply.Great condo

Great Place

Ami was very pleasant and great at communication. Nothing in the posting was misleading and the condo itself was perfect for us and very clean. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again. Very conveniently located with supermarkets close by and between beaches. Easy ride from the airport as well. That is unfortunate if you were expecting anything different from what was disclosed in the listing. As stated, it's a 3 mile trip to the beach. There is a free trolly which is fun to take, as well as a ferry. Because it's so close, we enjoy riding our bikes along the trail and over the bridge which is very bike friendly. Other than that we hope you enjoyed your stay.

Great place!

My spouse and I travel to Clearwater every two months so that I can have treatment for a medical condition. This condo is approximately three miles from the facility, so it’s perfect! Ami was wonderful to work with, and the place was clean, tidy, and easy to navigate. We can’t speak of the pool or other amenities as we didn’t use them, but the condo itself was fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we’re in town!

Lovely Visit

I enjoyed my stay. The complex has a nice pool and is convenient to the condo. All of the guests at the pool were friendly. The complex is an easy drive to Clearwater Beach and the Publix is just across the street. The restaurant on the corner is very good for dining in or take out. The condo is very clean, the bedroom is very comfortable. The living room and lanai are relaxing places. The kitchen is stocked with nice pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. I felt very safe in the area and with the keyless entry and close parking space.

Ami the hostess

Ami is the owner of this condo and can tell you that it was a very enjoyable stay. The condo had everything I needed to survive for two and one half weeks. There was more than enough silverware, dishes, you name it for at least two people. It was great and Ami was easy to get along with. I must add, going to the fitness center and pool were fun - I met a lot of nice people. I can assure you, I will be back, unless one of my condos is vacant.

Nic first floor condo

My wife and I have stayed at the Avalon condo complex for the last 7 years and have found Ami’s unit to b one of the very nicest that we’ve had the pleasure to enjoy. The unit is very well equipped, perfect for relaxing and even preparing meals with ease. Ami is fantastic to work with and very attentive to any queries and needs. The fact that this is a first floor unit makes it so nice not having to climb a lo of stairs. We couldn’t have been happier.
