PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Due to ongoing building construction, the balcony may be temporarily closed and unusable during your stay. It will be boarded approximately 4–5 feet high, meaning you’ll still be able to see out through the upper portion of the door and enjoy the view, but access to the balcony itself may not be permitted. The building pool is now open and available for guest use; however, the gym and other association amenities may still be out of order. If parking at the building is full, overflow parking is available for guests at 440 through The Edge Hotel. Please note that construction may result in occasional noise and visual disruptions. All guests will be required to sign an acknowledgment confirming awareness of these conditions prior to arrival.
