Phoenix stay to watch baseball

The place is so comfortable and clean! It had everything we needed plus some! Minor hiccups were the passcode not being changed from previous visitor and some outdoor furniture being moved around (we didn’t see the info book which states that someone may be around to irrigate!). We didn’t bring our dogs but might next time as this place is perfect!We were very stressed about where our kiddo was going to sleep as we forgot to bring a pack and play, but they had one there!!! Really great spot

From the owner: "On the website when you are booking our rental, it states that a technician could be on the property to irrigate the yard. Also, there is a red plastic folder either on the coffee table or on the bookshelf under the television that has the same information. We are glad you found the pack and play, and your child was able to get some sleep!"

We enjoyed our four-night stay in this cheery home away from home. Everything was clean, and the place was furnished with all of our needs to make us comfortable.

This Phoenix home is centrally located which made it easy for us to go different directions for activities. We liked the two recliners in the living room and the well-furnished kitchen. It was perfect for the two of us, but would also work well for two couples. There's a nice outdoor relaxation space in the breezeway between the garage and the house. This house will be at the top of our list if/when we go back to Phoenix.

Awesome Stay

The home was so comfortable and well maintained. It was stocked with more than I expected. The weather was a little cool so we didn't use the breezeway or yard as much as we would have liked. It is conveniently located so we could get around quite easily. Thank you! We will be back again!

This property was a really nice one. The owners have it set up like a hotel. The beds were really comfortable. The yard is huge, although not fully fenced so if you have a pet who runs leash them up before you have them go out. The AC stopped working one day and the owner had a tech come by and fix it right away. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Lack of human kindness and flexibility

Before booking I communicated that my husband has brain cancer and we were in Phoenix for his brain surgery. I asked if the stay could be flexible because we are in CA and we didn’t know the exact length of stay. I booked the place until March 17 but we had to go back to CA due to my husbands health issue on March 10. The owner would not even consider giving us a refund for part of the stay. I will NEVER recommend this property due to the selfishness and greediness of the owner

Great Stay at Charming House

We stayed for a week at the house with our 4 children. The house was bright and comfortable. The hosts thought of all the details and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee filters, etc. As well as the bathrooms had soap, shampoo, conditioner, and any other item you would likely need. Check in was a breeze and we had a great stay. My only complaint is we couldn't find the Wifi information so I texted the property manager and they didn't respond until the next day. Luckily, I had my hotspot with and was able to use the internet for work with that until we got the information. I would recommend staying here and would stay again!
