TOP FLORIDA'S Villa Blue Lagoon
Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Blue Lagoon, nestled in the sought-after "Four Mile Cove" enclave. This Villa features 2 Master Suites with a king bed each, en-suite bathroom and walkout to the Lanai. We hope you like calming views over wide canals, because you will find them in abundance in this peninsula setting where the indoors seemingly blend into the outdoors.
Villa Blue Lagoon is pet friendly (with approval). Cats are not permissible. Please note there is a $100 pet fee per dog and an additional pet addendum to sign. The house features Roku and Samsung TV services; please don't forget your streaming log-in information. Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.
PLEASE NOTE: the boat dock is available to guests, the lift is not.
