Everything was just as the photos show. Nice, clean condo in a good location. Mark from Evolve was extremely accommodating to any questions or help I needed. This location was great for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the slips. The unit was stocked appropriately and very clean. Our GPS showed two locations for this address, so I advise you to use the location that indicates "The Ledges."

My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens) comfortably stayed at this Lake of the Ozark condo. Two pools, beach area, great location. Fish, ducks and the turtles are fun to watch from the deck. We rented a jet ski and boat nearby. We also had fun playing arcade games and getting tattoos. This condo had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Homeowner was very responsive to our questions when we arrived.

Great Water View from the deck!

The condo was clean, updated and very comfortable for 6 people or add an air mattress or crib in large master bedroom. It was great sitting on the large deck with privacy wall to next door condo. The beach area, the view from the pool overlooking the channel and 10 minute drive to almost everything were benefits of this condo complex - the Ledges. Everything as described in description.

Very Clean and comfortable. Limited clean, cooking and bath supplies for 5 night stay. :( . Coffee pot broken, contacted Rep. for replacement of coffee maker and bath supplies. NO RESPONSE. Procured new coffee pot and both supplies at my expense. All else good.
