The apartment was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The three oaks downtown area is great for some shopping and eating as well.

Beautiful and comfortable.

This loft space was bright, clean and comfortable. The town of Three Oaks is a great place to enjoy good food and relative quiet compared to other nearby towns. And staying right on the main street was nice for window shopping and people watching. The loft has a great deck space with a grill so you can enjoy the sun and beautiful sunset when you just want to chill and stay home.

The only negative is the late check-in and the early checkout. This really minimized the rental time.

Comfortable, cute and clean

But there is no dedicated parking which is a slight downer. We had to park on the street which probably isn't a big deal except on weekends. We left for the morning and on returning had to park a few hundred yards for the apartment. We didn't get a parking place in front until near 9:00. Also know there are two solid flights of steps up to the apartment. Good exercise.

Charming Loft with deck in downtown Three Oaks

We were married in Three Oaks and have family that live there..so we were familiar with the area. When we found out that one of our cousins was flying in from out of the country at the last minute we looked for a rental close by. We booked this property Thursday through Sunday and upon booking asked the host if we could check in earlier than the contracted 5pm. We were told that we should check back a couple days before our check-in date to see if they had any last minute bookings prior to our arrival date. I did so 2 dayes befor our booking date and was told by Bluefish that an early check in would cost us an additional $50.00. The Agent claimed that he had to "change around the cleaners schedule" but the rental listing showed that there was no one booked in this property 4 days prior to our arrival. I hate to give anyone a bad review but quite frankly this seems like a money grab Please be aware **** The check in time for this property is 5:00 p.m. and the checkout time is 10:00 a.m.***

Sorry they felt that way. Due to the high summer volume of rentals our company has we sometimes have to push cleans to later dates. While nobody was checking out of their property on their arrival date we had not yet been able to clean due to scheduling. The $50.00 for earlier check in was to bring in an additional cleaner to assist.
