Surrounded by the scenic beauty of the Greg Norman-designed 18-hole Championship Golf Course, the home offers spectacular views of the 8th hole right from your doorstep. Whether you"re lounging by the pool, enjoying a movie night, or warming up by the cozy gas fireplace on cooler evenings, every corner of this property is crafted for comfort and leisure.

The open-plan living and dining area flows effortlessly into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and out to the alfresco entertaining space. Here, you"ll find a built-in BBQ, outdoor television, and multiple lounge zones perfect for gathering with family and friends in true resort-style fashion. With calming interiors and high-end furnishings throughout, Greens on Eight is your ultimate escape in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

Additional guests can be accommodated with two single trundle beds available for an extra fee.

House was great, as advertised. All beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was our last morning was spoilt by being woken up by builders next-door cutting sheet metal and using a nail gun at 7:15 in the morning.
