Little piece of paradise on Bruny
Thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay on Bruny Island. The house was comfortable and well equipped and the surrounds were beautiful. Even got a swim in.

Great location
We were working on the island and two of my team stayed at Apollo Bay. Place was interesting and location great. They were happy to return there after our often long days.

Absolutely stunning
I’ve lived in Tassie for many years and I can honestly say this is the best pet friendly place I’ve encountered. Small fenced yard out the back for my dog. The view is amazing, house incredibly clean with everything you could need. Seems to be a pay it forward thing with past people leaving unused staples. Excellent communication from owner. If staying in summer, the only thing that would concern me is close proximity to neighbouring property where it looks like a well used area with caravans etc. Loved this property very much and would definitely recommend

Seclusion and tranquility
This property is set right on the waters edge and surrounded by trees and scrub (it was delightful watching the wallabies, etc). The house is modern, clean and very functional with quirky/interesting furnishings and decorations (love the maps and Tin Tin comics). The bed was very comfortable and had an amazing view of the water. The kitchen had all the appliances one could need and more - and a machine that makes delicious coffee (operational video supplied). Outside activities are also catered for - a table and chairs on the deck and loads of seating in various places around the property. Communication with the owner (Nick) was easy, he was available by phone and email, very friendly, patient and informative. He ensured we had a load of wood delivered the day we arrived, so we were able to keep the fire place roaring (the house heats up very quickly). A lot of thought has gone into ensuring visitors to this property are comfortable - it was the perfect place to have our 24th anniversary. We hope to be back again soon.
