Downstairs comprises of a fully equipped kitchen (catered for 6), breakfast bar, dining room table, sleeping area and a separate toilet. Secure underground parking is available and the balcony is suitable for storing ski equipment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modern block with a lift and security entry system in the Chamonix Sud development. Located within 5 minutes walk from the main hub of restaurants and bars and a 2 min to the ski bus stop.
There's plenty to do in the summer too - mountain biking, canyoning, water rafting, or a take a trip in Europe's' highest cable car up Mont Blanc or the train up to the Montrevers Glacier for amazing panoramic views of the valley below. Or, if that's not your thing you could laze by the swimming pool or sit on the terrace of one of Chamonix's many cafes and enjoy the views and local delicacies.

Flat was 3 min walk to Chamonix Sou bus station for lift anywhere in valley from Les Houches to Argentere. Additionally Geneva Airport transportation was next door.
Bel appartement très bien situé avec plusieurs commerces (boulangerie, restaurants, locations de ski ... etc) à proximité.
Superbe salle de bain moderne.
Appartement propre et fonctionnel.
Très belle vue du balcon.
Seul bémol : le clic clac du salon était déplié à notre arrivée et impossible de le replier ! une équipe est intervenue très rapidement pour tenter de le réparer mais en vain ! nous avons été dédommagé financièrement par la propriétaire (virement reçu très rapidement) et nous avons apprécié son geste.
Un nouveau canapé convertible a été commandé pour les prochains occupants.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré ce problème de canapé...
First time in this kind of property. (No hotel)
No A/C (if you use the only bed available, the area is very very hot, because is located at the top of the building and if it’s summer, it will be impossible to sleep well even if you sleep naked). The best option is to use the sofa bed and open the window.
If you’re not familiar with this kind of property, it’s difficult to understand all the logistics. (The company that manages this property will send you a very extensive pdf (20 pages) with all the information which in my case I didn’t read because I did the reservation with little time in advance)
You have to go to an office to retrieve the keys of the apartment and the tag to the parking entrance. (Which in my case the tag never worked)
If you have all the patience and time to spend reading and understanding all the logistics, then it’s fine. Unfortunately For me, I don’t have the patience.
In resume. First and last time in this kind of property. I will keep staying in a regular hotel.
Le logement est bien situé à 2 pas de tout, marché, centre ville, boulangerie en bas, navette...
Le chauffage reste limité nous y avons séjourné sur un week-end très froid (-17°) la nuit, des pantoufles et une petite veste ne sont pas de trop !
Il y a peu d'équipement dans la cuisine mais les commerçants prêtent au besoin appareil à fondu et à raclette...

Quiet, convenient, great location
Great apartment. Just off the beaten path in Chamonix with a short walk to restaurants and bars. Bus station just around the corner too for good access to all the areas with bus service. The apartment is nice and clean with everything you need to have a great stay. Only critism is that it could do with a freshen up decoration wise.

Good location in Chamonix, well equipped flat, handy parking, nice balcony
We enjoyed our week long walking holiday in Chamonix staying in the flat. The flat was a great base, a short walk to the centre for restaurants, cafes, ice cream and bars, but also had enough equipment when we preferred to make meals ourselves. There is a nice bakery nearby, which we got our breakfast from and ate on our small balcony. The basement parking was convenient, though required careful driving to get past the concrete pillars without scratching the hire car.

Good location and space
The apartment is in a very convenient location, right by the Aiguille du Midi, and well-designed for efficient living. It's stocked with the basics for cooking meals, and the books and DVD collection were a nice addition. Kirstie, the owner, was very responsive and great to work with. We did experience issues with the wifi (which is a shared connection managed by the building), but otherwise had a good stay.

Great location
We were in Chamonix for the UTMB and needed a place to stay. The apartment is as described. It was simple but comfortable. It's conveniently located: close to restaurants, supermarket, shops. The Aiguille du Midi cable car is just downstairs. The bus terminus is at 2 minutes walk (bus coming from Geneva will drop you there). WIFI is available in the apartment.
We didn't meet Kirstie but corresponded by emails and Kirstie was very friendly and fast to respond to our questions.
We have definitely recommended to our friends and will certainly contact Kirstie again next time we travel to Chamonix.

Perfect apartment for our needs. Great location
Location of the apartment is perfect, extremely close to bars and restaurants and less than a 5 min walk into chamonix centre. A 2 minute walk to the bus stop and ski rental and spar within 30 seconds. Sofa bed was comfortable and apartment suited every requirement for our long weekend. Would stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!
The apartment is exactly what you want for a weekend break. Location is spot on, easy walking distance to bars and Restaurants. Amenities in the apartment are well thought out, the obligatory WIFI, but the TV and DVD player (plus decent DVD's) is a nice touch.
The sofa bed is a good size if you are sharing and the bed on re mezzanine is super comfy!
The apartment was nice and clean and someone had even thought to leave a tea bag or two.
Have nothing bad to say about this property, absolutely would recommend to friends (already have). We had a ball and can't wait to go back!

Great location - Sweet Apartment
My two adult sons and I loved the location, design and decor. The apartment is as it was advertised. The owner was most helpful in setting up the reservation. We skied four days and walked all over Chamonix each night. I would recommend it to anyone looking for location and value in a nice clean apartment. We appreciated the free parking in the garage. We cooked a couple dinners and saved some money on restaurants. Everything worked.

Long weekend in Chamonix
Our stay was for four nights, great location with some good restaurants and bars all around. The apartment was nice, clean and tidy and with the added bonus of having an underground parking space. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and glasses etc although we didnt cook at the apartment due to the abundance of restaurants.
I can definitely recommend Le Bistrot for a special meal, very expensive but worth every penny, amazing food and wine, also le Cave du Vin which is on the ground floor of the apartment block is worth a visit.

Smashing apartment, great location!
So good we've stayed there twice this year so far. Centrally located apartment in Chamonix Sud within easy walking distance of town and the main bus stop. Very well equipped, in a nice clean block, with a fantastic bakery underneath. Spar supermarket in the same building, and a good view of the town (and the pharmacy thermometer for those really cold days!).
The apartment is well kitted out and excellently managed and I'd have no hesitation in recommending it. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

I grew up in Geneva and have always loved Chamonix, so bought the apartment so I could enjoy holidays there both in the summer and the winter now that I was living in the UK.
Why they chose this property
I have such happy memories of holidays in the apartment which is so centrally located it used to be great for the nightlife, and now that we go back with our 2 little girls it's great to be so near the shops, and restaurants.
