Winter stay 2023

We had a pleasant stay in this nicely renovated lake house. The house was clean and very well equipped. Host was responsive. We hope to come back this winter.

Stay in Quebec City

We arrived at the property about 30 min before check in time, with a quick text confirmed that we could enter. The building was locked and clean to enter the building. Walking to the elevator we passed a Pizza vending machine as well as the lounge area for the building. Areas are clean and welcoming. We found our unit easy, the room was exactly what was advertised. Clean and had everything needed. The roof top was a great area, Pool wasn't open yet so that was a little sad. The view and hanging on the the top area was a nice touch. I loved that the property was close to everything but almost on the back side so it wasnt as busy.

Great stay

My husband, two teen children, and myself stayed at this property in July of 2023. I was attending a conference a the Centre des congrès de Québec. The property was well maintained and clean. The full sized washer/dryer was great and the kitchen was well equipt allowing us to have some suppers at the residence. The location was decent and within an easy walk to several restaurants and a grocery store. There was a pool on the roof that the family enjoyed during our stay as the weather was very warm and this made for a nice break. This is located a street off of Rue Saint-Joseph which has a number of great restaurants and shops. The building was quiet during our stay with minimal noise from adjacent suites and only slight road noise. In terms of distance to Old Québec, Centre des congrès due Québec, and the Parliament Building, I found the walk difficult due to the incline/stairs. Québec City has a lot of hills! There is, however, a bus that will take you very close to these areas (#800) that picks up close to the property. In general, we found the property to be clean, fairly quiet, and confortable for our family and would return as well as recommend to others.
