Otter Shores Resort is located a short 10 minute walk up the hill from the ferry terminal or 2 minute drive. from here you can walk to our Waterfront or to other nearby beaches that are less than 5 minutes away. You can walk to the marina in 10 minutes or the golf course in 15 to 20 minutes.

The cabin sits on 2 acres of waterfront and is shared with other guests staying on the resort. For larger groups you can rent the entire resort and have it all to yourself.

Pender Island Retreat

We loved the picturesque waterfront property. The views are amazing and there are lots of nice spaces for hanging out outside. The property is right off the ferry dock so convenient to get to, but a bit of a hike for food, etc. For us it was pretty perfect.

My partner and I thought the rug, the floors, and the kitchenware could have been cleaner. For the check-in process, we did not know there was more than one cabin on the property, and we thought it would have been a lot easier if they were labelled. It is a big property with many chill spots, and the deck by the water is perfect for watching the sunset and drinking wine. The owner, Paula, was very responsive in replying to my messages and picking up my phone calls. The location was awesome. It was only a 5-minute drive from the terminal and 8 to 15 minutes to everywhere, like the Driftwood shopping center, Sea Star Vineyards and Winery, and kayak & canoe rental from Pender Island Kayak Adventures. Our overall 5-day experience at Pender Island was great, but we would look for a bigger place with a bigger kitchen for our future stays.
