Great stay for our 2 week hunting trip! Had everything we needed! The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and accommodated us with specific needs for check-in & check-out. The plus was that it was Pet friendly so our Remi girl got to come with us! Only gave it a 4 start for kid-friendly because it is close to the road and swampy behind but there is plenty of space for a family of 4 in the house! Hope to stay next year!

We did not have pets. It was clean and the host kept up with communication once I was able to reach out. Had difficulties with the VRBO app. Reasonable rate for where we were staying. I would definitely recommend this property.

Home was spacious enough for the two of us and our small dog. Home was clean when we arrived and everything was in working order. Pantego is a small berg with no amenities, you will have to drive to Belhaven for supplies or find a restaurant. Home is also very close to the main road and the large trucks will make the house shake.

Playing in Pantego

We had a lovely time. The only thing I would change, was that the back deck was covered in Pine needles, and we had to wipe it all down before we could even sit. And the kitchen could use a few more pots and pans. The one small skillet is Teflon and the Teflon‘s been scratched up and we don’t use those kind of pans anymore. The other one was a nice pan and there was a nice pot, but that was it. Overall it was a very quaint little cottage.
