Hi Tuesday, we never received any communication from you that there was an issue with the water pressure or insects. We would have loved to assist you during your stay if we were notified, we are available 24/7 via phone/email. Please know we do have pest control scheduled frequently to go to the home and spray. I’m sorry if your daughter didn’t sleep well due to the insects. I do show you messaged us about the TV remote, we immediately asked you if we could swing by to help you find it, but we never got a response back. We would have liked to be given the opportunity to help you. Thank you for your understanding.
