Cozy home in Anchorage

This was a nice home that was very clean. Upstairs and downstairs bedrooms with baths so comfortable for 2 couples or a family with kids who are old enough to "want their own space."

Just about perfect!

Everything was great. The only thing missing was wifi, but cellular signal was good, so it wasn't a huge deal. I would recommend and stay again myself.

Comfortable and well located

Very pleased with the stay. House was clean and well furnished. Owner very helpful with my questions. A working class neighborhood near the highway, but no worse than many hotels located near highway interchanges. Convenient to airport and downtown

Disliked: Location
Property was ok. They have tried to make it somewhat nice, but the furniture is very old. The flooring in the kitchen is stained and there was a pile of dirt next to the dining table. The fire pit is a tracker rim in the grass with no seats around it. The neighborhood is full of kids who drive around on golf carts and motor bikes and you're constantly afraid of hitting them or them hitting you. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Very Comfortable Tiny Home in Midtown

Convenient and comfortable tiny home with charm. I have stayed here several times and I love how close it is to the airport, walkable to restaurants in Spenard and convenient to get nearly anywhere in Anchorage via car or bicycle. The owner aims to please and is very helpful if you're interested in cycling or backcountry skiing tips for Anchorage and beyond!

Central location and a comfortable space!

Centrally located, close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. The house was comfortable and clean, I loved the plants in the living space! Was a great home base for a weekend of biking around Anchorage.
