The home was beautiful and recently updated. The screen porch was my favorite place. It’s nicely situated near the beach, and biking trails. It was fun. I would stay there again, the pool and other things weren’t in season just yet. Kiawah is a special place to us.

Great location. Close to the beach and community pool. And even though the houses were close to each other, there was privacy.

Perfect Family Getaway

This place was wonderful, we made a last-minute getaway, and it could not have been more perfect. We Also have short term vacation rental properties and learn some things! I absolutely would recommend

Great property for a week long get away to Kiawah. Space was clean and comfortable. Great place for a dad and his 3 boys. Very convenient to Cougar Golf.

Nice cottage

The cottage was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is furnished really well and makes it super easy to cook and stay in. Beds are super comfortable, loved the deck and screened room. Bathrooms are dated but clean. The location is a little tricky if you have thoughts of getting out on the water. You will need a large SUV or truck to drive to any potential Paddleboard out in spots. Also not possible to walk to beach with any paddleboard or kayak, surf board etc.

Best. Villa. Ever.

I’ve been coming to Kiawah since my honeymoon in 1996 and this is by far the loveliest villa I’ve stayed in. It was beautiful online when I was booking it. It exceeded my expectations when I walked in the door. Modern & spacious. Gorgeous Appliances and kitchen. The wrap around porch being partially enclosed is genius. Super communicative property owners; I had one minor request and it was taken care of the next day. We’re looking to move down here and I would book this villa for our real estate visit, as well as next summer. Actually, I can’t imagine staying any place else. Thank you! 15/10 recommendation.

Beautiful modern and homey cottage!

Another mom and I decided to do a last minute girls weekend with our daughters (17 & 18) over Memorial Day weekend and were excited to get lucky to find such a great property last minute. The place was very clean and had very nice touches. The decor, layout, and supplies were all great! Our family has stayed in many private rentals all over and this was one of the nicest we've been to. There were plenty of supplies, kitchen has a lot of cookware and containers to use. And the bathrooms had a very creative bathroom layout... each bedroom had there own toilet/ sink room. The master had it's own shower and the 2 other toilet/ sink bathrooms were separated but a shared shower that had doors that locked so there was privacy. I highly recommend this cottage!
