Cozy remodeled 2BR/1.5BA Mission Beach cottage just a 1-minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to Mission Bay. Classic craftsman charm with modern updates, A/C, a large kitchen, and a fireplace.

Primary bedroom: queen bed, closet, and attached half bath.

Second bedroom: queen/twin XL bunk + small closet.

Full bathroom has a walk-in shower + provided toiletries.

Living room includes a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and ceiling fans.

Spacious patio features a fire pit, BBQ, dining for 4–6, loungers, and beach gear.

For larger groups, a separate 2BR upper unit on the same lot is available (Roswitha’s Hideaway).

1 reserved garage parking space included.
Guests have access to entire unit, patio space, and reserved parking garage.

Starter Kit Provided
Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher pods, trash bags, extra blankets/sheets, hair dryer, ironing board, basic tools, first aid kit, stocked kitchenware, blender, waffle maker (sometimes), fire extinguisher, CO₂/smoke detectors.

Arrival & Departure
* Check-in: 3pm (4pm Memorial Day–Labor Day)
* Check-out: 11am

Check-in details are provided after the agreement + verification. Signage on-site helps with amenities, and we’re available after hours for emergencies.

Minimum Stay Policies
Off-season: 2-night minimum

Summer (June–Aug): 6-night minimum + Saturday check-in

Friday/Sunday arrivals may be possible—please ask.
Holiday 2025:

6-night minimum + Saturday check-in (Dec 20–Jan 3).

No arrivals/departures on Dec 25 or Jan 1.

Stays cannot span both holidays unless 2 weeks.
Summer 2026:

Memorial Day–Labor Day = Saturday–Saturday stays (6–7 nights).

No arrivals/departures July 4.

Friday/Sunday check-in may be possible—ask us.

Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings within 72 hours require ID verification: a selfie holding your government ID + confirmation of guest details.
Refusal results in cancellation.
This helps prevent fraud and protects all guests.

* No pets allowed
* Primary renter must be 25+
* Rates fluctuate daily
* Absolutely no smoking
* Noise-sensitive area: no outdoor noise after 9pm
* No large parties
* Décor/furniture may vary slightly from photos due to owner updates (no refunds for small changes)
* 1 reserved garage space; other garage not accessible

After Booking
You’ll receive a rental agreement and complete verification through Autohost (includes a temporary $2 authorization that automatically drops off).

A guest services agent will reach out within 24 hours.

A car is recommended but not needed with local transit and share rides. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance!
