SPECIAL RATES FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 4 DAYS (SEE CONDITIONS) EXCELLENT LOCATION ON PITANGUEIRAS BEACH—Av. Leomil (250 metres from the beach). Family-owned building with 2 apartments per floor, upper floor, great location, ocean view with the forest in the background, close to the beach, furnished, balcony, living room with dining area, 1 parking space in the garage, 2 bedrooms + 1 convertible bedroom, including 1 suite, both with built-in closets, 3 bathrooms, ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all kitchen appliances.
24-hour doorman service, garage with designated parking space.
Several bars and restaurants are all very close by (the Pitangueiras Guarujá culinary boulevard is on the same block as the condo)—no need to drive; you can do everything on foot... VERY QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD...

Ótima estádia
Imóvel de boa qualidade, anfritriões sempre disponíveis e atenciosos ,viajei com bebê 9 meses e fomos atendidas muito bem, portaria do edifício muito educado e voltaremos em outras oportunidades .
