Reviewer Comments:
Condo was perfect. Very well thought out to make a small space seem much larger, very well equipped. Only downside was the pool was being rebuilt. Had we known, we would have scheduled a later date in the summer. Beach only 5 minutes away was a plus. Harbor Springs is a beautiful little Lake Michigan town with majestic homes and a very nice marina and Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the condo and found it well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out—it’s great to know the space worked well for you.
We do apologize for the inconvenience with the pool. The last update we received was that it would be completed by early July, so we truly thought it would be ready in time. We completely understand that having that information in advance might have changed your travel plans.
We’re glad you were still able to enjoy the nearby beach and the beauty of Harbor Springs and the surrounding area. We'd absolutely love to host you again in the future—hopefully with the pool up and running!

Reviewer Comments:
We had a great experience and enjoyed our rental. It was cozy, clean and convenient. The location was wonderful—a quiet spot off the beaten path. My only complaint is that The heat distribution throughout the condo was a little uneven. A couple of the bedrooms were chilly while the rest of the house stayed warm. Nothing we couldn’t handle however :)

Reviewer Comments:
We had a family reunion and spent a week here. The unit was well appointed and clean. The location was an easy drive to get to town and shop, and go to the lake. The air condition was an issue for our unit. We had eight people in our unit. The bottom floor was too cold, the ground floor was comfortable, and the top floor with three bedrooms leaned on the too warm side. There were fans and we did find a way to work around this and not be too uncomfortable. The bath towels in this unit were not great. Several of us went out and bought a towel to use for showers. There is a TV in the bedroom next to the bathroom with the king bed upstairs. We were unable to find a remote to work it. The unit had a mold smell when we entered. I bought several airomatics, including a candle. I found several used candle's in a drawer and my guess is they were all in an attempt to cover that mild mold smell. By far the worst issue is the pool was not opened. Had we known this we would never have stayed here. We were notified five days prior to our arrival that the pool needed to be inspected, not sure what this means. There isn't much you can do to change course in five days when you have so many people on the way and you need three condos near each other. This was disappointing since reviews online from last Summer had comments the pool was closed for repairs in July. We ran into residents that also indicated the pool being closed happened last Summer. Because of this I would have to say I would not rent here again. The pool is one of the main reasons we picked these condos. Having said all of this, we did have a great reunion and really enjoyed spending time with our family and enjoying the surrounding area.
